    Abstract: A liquid crystal display module includes a liquid crystal module and a polarizer on the liquid crystal module. The liquid crystal module includes an upper substrate, an upper electrode layer, a first alignment, a liquid crystal layer, a second alignment layer, a thin film transistor panel, and a lower polarizing layer. The polarizer includes a first transparent conductive layer, an upper polarizing layer, and a second transparent conductive layer on the second surface of the upper polarizing layer stacked together. A number of first electrodes are electrically connected with the first transparent conducive layer, a number of second electrodes are electrically connected with the second transparent conducive layer. The first transparent conductive layer includes a number of transparent conductive belts along a second direction, and the second transparent conductive layer includes a number of carbon nanotubes substantially aligned along a first direction.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a backplane, a display medium layer, a protective layer, a driving component, a flexible printed circuit (FPC) and a sealant. The backplane and the display medium layer are disposed on the lower side and the upper side of the substrate, respectively. The protective layer covers the display medium layer and prevents moisture and oxygen from permeating into the display medium layer to deteriorate its performance. The sealant surrounds the first side surface of the substrate and the second side surface of the display medium layer, and wraps at least a portion of the driving component and a portion of the FPC.
