A battery is built in the sensor module and a separate transmitter is connected to the sensor module so as to receive power supply from the sensor module and be continuously used semi-permanently, thereby making the assembly economical. The second compressor compresses the boil-off gas to a fuel supply pressure required for a power generation engine which is lower than the propulsion engine. The boil-off gas compressed by part of the first compressor is supplied to the heat exchanger to be cooled or is supplied to the power generation engine.
