    Abstract: A control method for an electronic apparatus having a touch screen is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps. Contact with the touch screen is first detected. It is next determined whether the contact is initiated by a finger or a stylus. After determining that the contact is initiated by the finger, an input gesture from a motion of the finger is further determined based on a predetermined rule. Thereafter, the visual effects of the target screen currently operating are triggered accordingly in response to the determined input gesture.
