  • Publication number: 20080204459
Abstract: A digital system is provided for capturing and real-time outputting a graphic, which captures an external digital data and then converts it into a digital graphic for being output. The system includes a central processing unit (CPU), a graphic capture module, and a wireless output module or a storage module. Upon receiving a capture command, the CPU transmits a digital image formed by analyzing a digital data to the graphic capture module for capturing the digital image to generate a digital graphic. Finally, the digital graphic is written into the storage module or the wireless output module is used to output the digital graphic to an external receiving device, such that a user can obtain a required frame at any time.

  • Patent number: 7290459
Abstract: A transmission for a dune buggy has a transaxle, a transmission gear assembly, a forward bevel gear, a reverse bevel gear, a counterrotation bevel gear, a sleeve and a gear shifting lever assembly. The transmission gear assembly is mounted around the transaxle and is rotated by a motor in the dune buggy. The forward and reverse bevel gears are mounted rotatably around the transaxle. The forward bevel gear connects to the transmission gear assembly. The counterrotation bevel gear meshes with the forward and reverse bevel gears. The sleeve is mounted securely on the transaxle, slides longitudinally on the transaxle and selectively engages the forward or reverse bevel gears. The gear shifting lever assembly connects to the sleeve. Moving the gear shifting lever moves the sleeve.

  • Patent number: 6950181
Abstract: A wafer presence optical sensor system comprises a transfer chamber adapted to receive a wafer, an optical sensor comprising means emitting a sensing beam and means receiving a beam reflected from the wafer to ascertain wafer presence in the chamber, and means to reflect away the sensing beam when reaching a chamber bottom. The reflecting means includes an oblique area made in an inner surface of the chamber bottom or, alternatively, a body with an oblique area placed on the inner surface. Reflecting away the sensing beam when no wafer is present in the transfer chamber prevents the receiving means from receiving the beam reflected from the chamber bottom and thus thwarts the misinterpretation of wafer presence.

  • Patent number: 6848882
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for positioning a cassette pod onto a loadport by an overhead hoist transport system are described. The apparatus includes a vertical front panel of a process machine equipped with a docking opening therein, a loadport stage extending horizontally from the vertical front panel, a loadport situated on the loadport stage, at least two back guiding plates situated on the back of the loadport, at least two side guiding plates with one situated on each side of the loadport, a front guiding plate situated on the front side of the loadport, and a clamp positioner for guiding the position of an OHT clamp during an unloading operation of the cassette pod. The two halves of the clamp positioner move sideways away from each other to allow the cassette pod to pass therethrough during a loading operation.

  • Patent number: 6206710
Abstract: A card connector of the present invention comprises a housing, a card tray, a pair of sliders, a pair of springs, a plurality of electrical contacts and a shielding plate. The housing comprises a rear wall, a pair of resilient arms, and a base portion. The resilient arms each form a projection projecting inwardly at a front end thereof, the projections each defining an inclined surface thereon. The base portion includes a plurality of contact passageways, a plurality of first slots, a recess to slidably accommodate the sliders therein, a pair of grooves extending through a front end thereof into the recess, and a plurality of first restraining posts extending into the first slots to retain a spring at one end. The sliders each define a passage alignable with the groove of the base portion. The card tray defines a plurality of second slots therein and a plurality of second restraining posts associated with the second slots to retain the springs at the other end.
