Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for creating and managing web3 app credentials, including: determining a private key and a public key; encrypting the determined private key into a plurality of separate keys; transmitting the first key to a third party provider; transmitting the second key to a cloud storage device; encrypting the first key and the second key; decrypting the second key; transmitting the decrypted second key; transmitting a transaction sign request to a secure third-party trusted execution environment; performing a user identity verification; transmitting a request to the third party provider for the first key; performing reconstruction of the original private key based on the first key and the second key; and signing a digital wallet transaction based on the reconstructed original private key received from the trusted execution environment.

Abstract: The invention concerns antibodies directed against CD127, I.e. the alpha chain of the receptor for interleukin7 (IL-7), especially the receptor for human IL-7 expressed on human cells (designated human IL-7R alpha or IL-7Ra) or the TSLP receptor. The antibodies of the invention have cytotoxic activity against CD127 positive cells. The invention also relates to the use of these antibodies in order to deplete subpopulations of T lymphocytes as a result of cytotoxic action of the antibodies, through ADCC and optionally through CDC. Accordingly the invention concerns the use of the antibodies in the treatment of transplant rejection, autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, lymphoma or cancer when these pathologies are associated with CD127 positive cells.

The rotating adapter is disposed within a receiver in light interference fit, wherein the rotating adapter is frictionally engaged by the receiver to permit rotation of the rotating adapter within the receiver. The water heater wrench adapter is utilized by frictionally engaging the insulator profile with the rotating adapter, thereby securing the water heater element within the rotating adapter. The hex nut of the water heater element and the hex extension of the receiver are aligned and the hex end of a water heater wrench is disposed to engage the combined hex nut and hex extension. Thus, the water heater wrench can then be utilized to either hold the water heater element in position for installation in a water heater or remove and retain the water heater element from the water heater.
