  • Patent number: 10802130
Abstract: Method of slowly moving target detection with application for coastal surveillance radars. This method improves the well know other methods and efficiently detects targets with a high accuracy. The proposed method consists of three steps that are: step of generation and processing of signals with complex modulation; step of target clustering and step of detection of slowly moving targets in clutter environments.

  • Publication number: 20200295674
Abstract: A power conversion device which reduces switching losses and stabilizes the output power. A switching-mode changer generates a reference signal for switching a mode of operation of the full-bridge circuit to a first switching mode or a second switching mode. In the first switching mode, an upper arm and a lower arm are switched synchronously, and a lower arm and an upper arm are non-conducting. In the second switching mode, the lower arm and the upper arm are switched synchronously, and the upper arm and the lower arm are non-conducting. The switching-mode changer adjusts the phase of the reference signal so that the reactive power is reduced.

  • Patent number: 6605140
Abstract: A polysulfone-zeolite composite membrane can be used to separate gas pairs such as hydrogen/carbon dioxide. Zeolite, preferably zeolite 3A particles are covalently bonded to the polymer using an aminofunctional methoxysilane as a coupling agent to bind the zeolite particles to an aldehyde modified polysulfone matrix.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 8, 2001
Date of Patent: August 12, 2003
Assignee: National Research Council of Canada
Inventors: Michael D. Guiver, Hoai Nam Le Thi, Gilles P. Robertson
