Abstract: Examples relate to apparatuses, devices, systems, and methods for collecting bodily waste and bodily fluid using a sacral pad as an attachment point. The bodily waste collection apparatus includes a sacral pad and a bodily waste collection device attached to a lower portion of the sacral pad. The bodily waste collection device includes a fluid impermeable casing defining an interior region therein, a permeable material at least partially disposed in the interior region, and a conduit disposed within the bodily waste collection device. The sacral pad secures to the wearer and the bodily waste collection devices is at least partially maintained in a position to receive bodily waste from a wearer by the sacral pad.

Abstract: Examples relate to devices, systems, and methods of using non-intrusive bodily waste collection devices. The devices, systems, and methods of disclosed herein include a non-intrusive bodily waste collection device having an outermost fluid impermeable barrier forming a chamber therein, a filter bag disposed in the chamber, an annular body defining an opening into the chamber and that is sized and shaped to interface with a wearer's anus or stoma, and one or more ports on the fluid impermeable barrier for removing fluids therefrom.

Abstract: A drainage liquid sampling system is disclosed and includes a connector couplable with a drainage tube of a drainage system, the connector defining an inlet port, an outlet port, and a sample port, where the inlet port, the outlet port, and the sample port are in fluid communication with each other, and a sample container couplable with the sample port. A valve within the connector selectively allows and prevents flow of drainage liquid into the sample container. A cap couplable to the sample container also includes a valve. A system for draining liquid from a patient includes the drainage liquid sampling system.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a urinary output monitoring system configured to measure urinary flow or collect and measure a volume of fluid having a receptacle having a receptacle body including a plurality of volume markings, the receptacle configured to receive or hold a volume of fluid. The receptacle body includes a proximal portion including two lateral flaps and one front rigid flap, each of the flaps extending from the proximal portion, the two lateral flaps and the front rigid flap configured to secure the receptacle to a sanitary hardware device and prevent unwanted movement when engaged by a user, and a distal portion including an opening and a mating portion extending from the distal portion, the mating portion configured to detachably couple an attachment.

In an embodiment, the portion of the porous material that extends across the opening include a protrusion that extends outwardly from the opening. In an embodiment, the porous material includes at least one expandable material that is configured to expand (e.g., increase in volume) when the expandable material exposed to one or more bodily fluids (e.g., urine).
