The binder sub-composition consists of a viscous emollient, a non-viscous emollient, a triglyceride ester fatty acid, and one or more specific waxes. The binder sub-composition is particularly suited for use in stabilizing pearlescent and metallic pigments. The compositions are stable, have a creamy texture, and are suitable for long-wear, while providing true color, excellent color payoff and skin conditioning.
