  • Publication number: 20110147477
Abstract: A fluid diversifying apparatus includes a fluid passage member having a fluid passage therewithin, and a fluid diversifying unit communicatively connected to the fluid passage for dispensing fluid with predetermined spray pattern. The fluid diversifying unit has a plurality of fluid selection inlets and a plurality of fluid dispensing portions communicatively connected to each of respective the fluid selection inlets for dispensing a spray pattern of the fluid through each of the dispensing portions, such that when one of the fluid selection inlet is selectively aligning with the fluid passage outlet, the fluid flow is guided to enter selected the fluid selection inlet to dispense fluid from respective the fluid dispensing portion, so as to selectively control the spray pattern from one of the fluid dispensing portions.

  • Publication number: 20100320295
Abstract: A shower head apparatus includes a shower head and an adjustable flow rate arrangement. The shower head has a head portion, handle portion, and a water passage extended from the handle portion to the head portion for allowing water flowing from the handle portion to the head portion. The shower head further has a front opening slot to communicate with the water passage. The adjustable flow rate arrangement includes a water valve coaxially supported within the water passage, wherein the water valve has a size adjustable water passageway communicating with the water passage for controllably adjusting a flow rate of the water passing through the water passage in responsive to size-change of the water passageway. A thumb actuator extended out of the handle portion of the shower head through the opening slot is provided to selectively adjust the size of the water passageway to control the flow rate of water.

  • Publication number: 20090194613
Abstract: A shower head apparatus includes a shower head and an adjustable water flow rate control for adjustably control the rate of the water flow through the passage of the shower head. The adjustable water flow rate control includes a control knob and a control valve which is rotatably supported within the shower head and is driven to be rotated via the control knob, wherein the control valve has a water through channel aligning with the passage, in such a manner that when the control knob is selectively rotated at its rotational angle to drive the control valve to rotate, the water through channel of the control valve is adjustably offset with the passage for controlling the water flow rate through the shower head. Therefore, the present invention is adapted to provide better shower experience and to provide a water saver feature for the shower head.

  • Publication number: 20080250556
Abstract: A showerhead assembly includes a water adapter and a water flow diverter. The water adapter includes two rotatable frames having a first water outlet and a second water inlet respectively and a supporting frame, having a first water inlet communicating with the first water outlet and a second water outlet, rotatably coupled between the rotatable frames. The water flow diverter contains a first water opening communicating with the first water outlet, a second water opening communicating with the second water inlet, and a water exit. The water flow diverter is adapted for selectively controlling the water flow at one of the conditions including the water flowing out at the second water outlet only, the water flowing out at the water exit only, and the water flowing out at both the second water outlet and the water exit at the same time.

  • Publication number: 20080208089
Abstract: A support device for a wearer is provided, including an anchor member, a first strap and a second strap. The anchor member is fittable around the torso of the wearer. Each strap has a first end and a second end and connects to the anchor member at the first and second ends. Each strap has a shoulder-engaging portion that is shaped to engage a shoulder joint of the wearer. The straps are each adapted to carry a tensile force and thereby exert a rearward force on the shoulder joint through the shoulder-engaging portion. The straps are configured to engage the shoulders of the wearer no further medially than the acromioclavicular joints. Each strap extends along a path that, in use, does not cross over the anterior axillary folds of the wearer.

  • Publication number: 20080169362
Abstract: A flow way diverter device includes a water flow divider and a supporting frame. The water flow has a water inlet, and first and second outlets for operatively coupling with a stationary showerhead and a handheld showerhead respectively, and a switch selectively switching water flowing from the water inlet to one of the first and second outlets. The supporting frame is rotatably coupling with the water flow divider for supporting the handheld showerhead to selectively adjust an inclined position of the handheld showerhead with respect to the water flow divider. Therefore, the stationary showerhead and the handheld showerhead are connected to the water source and are supported on the wall without pre-drilling a mounting hole on the wall.

  • Publication number: 20080090738
Abstract: Provided are a method for preparing an array for authenticating biological samples and a method for authenticating the biological samples based on analysis of variable sequences of ribosomal RNA genes as well as a kit for authentication of the biological samples. The hybridization of probes of the samples to the array of overlapping fragments of authentic variable ribosomal RNA gene regions is quantified. The test enables distinction of species or prokaryotic strains and is unaffected by intra-species or strain polymorphism. The method disclosed is illustrated by authentication of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
