  • Patent number: 7703944
Abstract: A lighting control system has at least one light fixture for illuminating buildings or partial surfaces thereof or goods or objects. Each light fixture has a plurality of light sources that generate light of different colors, and each fixture produces a total light output as a sum or mixture of the light emissions of these light sources. The control system itself has at least one control for adjusting the light emitted by the light source, a color selector that sets the color of the total light output, and a balancer that retains a set color of the total light output when a light output of at least one of the light sources is changed.

  • Publication number: 20060193125
Abstract: Shown and described is among other things a lamp or luminaire (10, 10a, 28, 29) for illuminating building surfaces, parts of building surfaces, or exteriors (12). The special features comprise among others that the lamps have a memory (25, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33, T, 25a, 26a, 27a, 25b, 26b, 27b) in which a singular factory applied code (light ID) is registered and serves to identify the lamp and is electronically readable.

  • Publication number: 20060167572
Abstract: Described and shown is a device (10) for controlling a plurality of luminaires (11a, 11b, 11c) with a common signal line (13) which connects the luminaires together, at least one service unit (20) at which control commands can be issued by a user for the luminaires and at least one memory unit connected with the signal line for illumination information. The significance is that at least one luminaire has at least three differently colored light sources, for example a red lamp, a blue lamp and a green lamp, whereby each of the three lamps has its own individually addressable switching device with which the brightness level of the respective lamp is adjustable.
