  • Patent number: 10053813
Abstract: A laundry treatment apparatus includes a receiving device into which a first functional component and a second functional component can be inserted. In one form, the receiving device includes a blocking element which is designed such that, when the first functional component is inserted, the second functional component can be moved into the receiving device up to a final position and, when the first functional component is not inserted, is designed such as to block movement to the final position.

  • Publication number: 20170052106
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for the label-free classification of cells using image cytometry is provided. In some exemplary embodiments of the computer implemented method, the classification is the classification of the cells, such as individual cells, into a phase of the cell cycle or by cell type. A user computing device receives as an input one or more images of a cell obtained from a image cytometer. The user computing device extracts features form the one or more images, such as brightfield and/or darkfield images. The user computing device classifies the cell in the one or more images based on the extracted features using a cell classifier. The user computing device then outputs the class label of the cell, as defined by the classifier.

  • Publication number: 20160201250
Abstract: The invention relates to a laundry treatment apparatus (100) comprising a receiving component (104) and a second functional component (106) can be inserted. According to the invention, the receiving device (102) comprises a blocking element (108) which is designed such that, when the first functional component (104) is inserted, the second functional component (106) can be moved into the receiving device (102) up to a final position (E) and, when the first functional component (104) is not inserted, is designed such as to block movement to the final position (E).

  • Patent number: 7777123
Abstract: A method for humanizing a music sequence (S), the music sequence (S) comprising a multitude of sounds (s1, . . . , sn) occurring on times (t1, . . . , tn) comprises the steps generating, for each time (ti) a random offset (oi), adding the random offset (oi) to the time (ti) in order to obtain a modified time (ti+oi); and outputting a humanized music sequence (S?) wherein each sound (si) occurs on the modified time (ti+oi). According to the invention, the power spectral density of the random offsets has the form 1 f ? . wherein 0<?<2.
