  • Publication number: 20240140279
Abstract: A vehicle seat may have a seat part which can be moved from a usage position into a non-usage position, a seat back, a base, and a seat kinematics connecting the seat part pivotably to the base. The seat kinematics may have a rocker which by a first rotary joint is deflected pivotably on an adapter connected to the base and by a second rotary joint is deflected pivotably on the seat part. A spacing between the base and the seat part can be changed by selection of a first articulation point for articulation of the first pivot joint on the adapter fixedly connected to the base, and/or by selection of a second articulation point for articulation of the second pivot joint on the seat part. A method for assembling such a vehicle seat is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20230382273
Abstract: A vehicle seat having a seat part, a backrest, a kinematics system for transferring the vehicle seat from a use position into an entry position and back, a drive apparatus for driving the kinematics system, and a coupling apparatus for coupling the drive apparatus to the kinematics system. The coupling apparatus has a pawl and a counter-element. The pawl and the counter-element are locked to one another in order to couple the drive apparatus to the kinematics system, wherein the pawl is released from the counter-element by an actuation of the coupling apparatus, resulting in the drive apparatus being decoupled from the kinematics system. The pawl is configured as a bracing pawl, and the pawl and the counter-element are locked to one another beyond a self-locking action.

  • Publication number: 20220380227
Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of battery materials, and relates to a process for preparing a particulate lithium manganese nickel spinel compound, and materials produced by the process. The process of the invention uses Mn-containing precursors, Ni-containing precursors, Li-containing precursors and optionally M-containing precursor which form substantially no NOx ases during calcination. The particulate lithium manganese nickel spinel compound product of the process may find use in a lithium ion battery.

  • Patent number: 6595588
Abstract: In a vehicle seat (1), in particular a motor-vehicle rear-seat bench, which takes up at least one seat position and at least one non-use or folded position in order to enlarge the loading area, having an articulated seat frame (3, 5, 7, 9), which has a cushion carrier (21) provided with a seat cushion (22), and having a backrest (27), which is coupled to the seat frame (3, 5, 7, 9) and has a backrest cushion (30), in which, during the transformation from the seat position into the non-use or folded position, the seat frame (3, 5, 7, 9) moves onto itself, and the backrest (27) and the cushion carrier (21) move relative to each other, the moving of a single part (5) of the vehicle seat (1) causes both a movement of the seat frame (3, 5, 7, 9) and a relative movement of the backrest (27) and the cushion carrier (21).

  • Patent number: 5269588
Abstract: A vehicle seat, especially a motor vehicle seat, includes an adjustable device which permits adjustment of the seat part, relative to the freely pivotable backrest. The cushion support of the seat part, at least in one position of the cushion support above its lowermost position, can be moved before or at the beginning of a free pivoting motion of the part of the backrest forwards and/or downwards at least in the region of its rear section, and can be moved back into its starting position after or while the backrest pivots back into its starting position.
