  • Publication number: 20240195129
Abstract: A shielding plate through which a cylindrical insulating body of a plug connector part for installation on a circuit board is passable, the shielding plate including: an opening surrounding the insulating body, the shielding plate being resilient in a direction of an axis of the opening and having angled lugs at opposite edges. Each lug of the angled lugs has a first flank and a second flank adjoining the first flank, the first and second flanks each forming an oblique plane and, by way of a zigzag-shaped arrangement as seen in a side view, forming a detent edge which is situated between the first and second flanks and which faces inward toward an other lug.

  • Publication number: 20240170900
Abstract: An electrical connector includes: at least a first housing part and a second housing part, an engagement region of one of the first housing part and the second housing part engaging at least partially and concentrically with an other of the first housing part and the second housing part, the first housing part and the second housing part being rotatable in the engagement region relative to each other about an axis of rotation; at least one bolt disposed in the engagement region, which in a first basic state secures the first housing part and the second housing part against rotation of the housing parts relative to each other about the axis of rotation, and in a second basic state releases the housing parts. The at least one bolt is magnetic and preloaded by a spring force.

  • Publication number: 20240088606
Abstract: An electrical connector includes: at least a first housing part and a second housing part, one of the first housing part and the second housing part engaging, at least partially and concentrically, in an other of the first housing part and the second housing part in an engagement region, the first housing part and the second housing part being rotatable relative to one another in the engagement region about an axis of rotation. The first housing part and the second housing part each have a magnetic structure extending, at least in part, circumferentially on an inside or an outside in the engagement region, the respective magnetic structures interacting.

  • Publication number: 20230062066
Abstract: An integral stamped-rolled electrical contact element, comprising: a terminal portion and an adjoining soldered portion for electrically contacting a contact face by a soldered connection. The soldered portion has a sleeve slit in a longitudinal direction. An interior space of the soldered portion is at least one of continuously hollow, interrupted, or at least partially filled in the longitudinal direction.

  • Patent number: 9147953
Abstract: A plug connector for solder-mounting on a circuit board, comprising an insulating body and at least one oblong electrical plug contact held therein in a receptacle chamber, that extends between a foot part associated with a circuit board and a head part of the insulating body that faces the foot part at a distance. The at least one plug contact comprises at a front end that is close to the head part an accessible electrically contactable plug section, a central section adjacent to the plug section, and, adjacent to the central section, an exposed soldering section at a rear end that is close to the foot part. According to the invention, the central section comprises a rigid cylindrical holding zone adjacent to the plug section as well as a cylindrical flexible deformation zone extending between the holding zone and the soldering section, so that the plug section of the at least one plug connector can be shifted laterally in relation to the soldering section in case of a deformation of the deformation zone.

  • Patent number: 8974237
Abstract: An electrical plug connector with an insulating body that holds at least one metallic plug part that comprises at least one solder connection element that can be soldered to a circuit board, and at least one plug connection element for a matching plug part, both of which are connected with each other via a central piece of the plug connection element. The solder connection element may be connected via a tolerance compensation part with the central piece of the plug part, or directly with the plug connection element, in such a way that, relative to the position of the solder connection element—with the solder connection element soldered to the circuit board—the position of the plug connection element can be changed in any direction, parallel to the plane of the circuit board. In addition, the invention relates to a plug connector assembly.
