  • Patent number: 8157296
Abstract: A connector device comprising a connector socket, a connector housing, and a connector plug. In an embodiment, the connector socket and connector plug may be configured so that they can be formed, for example, on pipe ends in a cold-forming process. The connector housing may be a plastic part that can be produced in an injection-molding process. Detent elements may secure the connector housing to the connector socket. The connector plug in turn may secure the detent elements in a locked position, so that the connector housing cannot become detached from the connector socket as long as the connector plug remains in the socket. A locking ring can secure the connector plug in the connector housing. The locking ring can, if necessary or desired, be located and configured in such a way that it can be moved into a release position with a tool.

  • Patent number: 6883601
Abstract: An air-conditioning system for a motor vehicle contains a heat exchanger with a heat-exchanger tube that features a profiled central channel and outer channels grouped around the central channel. This heat-exchanger tube is suitable for the construction of counterflow heat exchangers. For this purpose, the heat-exchanger tube is to be cut to corresponding lengths and provided with corresponding end pieces. Such heat exchangers have proven to be light, pressure resistant, and effective.

  • Patent number: 6807989
Abstract: A flexible cord-like hollow object for the transportation of media is provided with an inner zone enclosed by a casing having an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer. A barrier layer, which is impermeable to volatile molecules of the medium to be transported, is integrated into the casing on the outer surface of the inner layer between the inner layer and the middle layer. The barrier layer comprises sub-elements that are arranged in a scale-like manner.

  • Patent number: 6637219
Abstract: A fluid collector of a cooling device, which collects fluid carried along by the coolant in a reservoir, is arranged upstream of the compressor. The return of the fluid coolant, which can also contain oil, into the section leading to the compressor takes place via an inlet conduit. A control device regulates the reintroduction of the fluid via a regulating valve in such a way, that the vapor conveyed to the compressor does not contain any large fluid particles.
