  • Publication number: 20260083989
Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for generating histotripsy therapy pulses using full cycle transmit. A system may include a transducer array may include transducer elements, a computing and imaging device, and drive electronics positioned so that traces from the drive electronics to the transducer elements of the transducer array are no more than 5 cm in length. The drive electronics may be placed within or at the end of a cable that connects the computing and imaging device to a handset that comprises the transducer array or within a handset that comprises the transducer array.

  • Publication number: 20250380929
Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for generating data sets for machine learning using ultrasound imaging. Acoustic beams may be directed at a target with either or both of a first transducer array and a second transducer array of an ultrasound system. The second transducer array may receive reflected ultrasound that results from reflections of the one or more acoustic beams. The second transducer array may generate data based on the receiving of the reflected ultrasound. A computing and imaging device of the ultrasound system may generate material property data based on the data generated by the second transducer array. The computing and imaging device may store the material property data in a data set. A trainer may train a machine learning model using a portion of the data set as training data. The machine learning model may be used to generate adjustments to acoustic beams.

  • Publication number: 20250375625
Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for detecting therapeutic ultrasound beams using ultrasound imaging. A first transducer array includes transducer elements and is configured to generate an acoustic beam for therapy. A second transducer array and a third transducer array are arranged to image a location of a target at which the acoustic beam for therapy is directed. The second transducer array is arranged at an angle to the third transducer array such that azimuthal data of the second transducer is used to locate the elevational direction of the third transducer array. A computing and imaging device is connected to the first transducer array, the second transducer array, and the third transducer array.

  • Publication number: 20250325839
Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for generating histotripsy therapy pulses using full cycle transmit. An ultrasonic system may include a transducer array and amplifier electronics. The transducer array may include transducer elements. The transducer elements may be positioned on the transducer array such that the separation between neighboring transducer elements of the transducer elements in both elevation and azimuth is no more than one wavelength of the ultrasonic center frequency of the transducer array. The amplifier electronics may drive the transducer array.
