Abstract: The present invention relates to fields of organic chemistry and organometallic chemistry. The present invention discloses a chain multiyne compound, a preparation method thereof and an application in synthesizing a fused-ring metallacyclic compound. A structure of the chain multiyne compound in the present invention is shown as Formula I below. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the chain multiyne compound and an application thereof in a synthesis of a fused-ring metallacyclic compound. The chain multiyne compound disclosed in the present invention has multiple functional groups and the structure of the chain multiyne compound is adjustable. The chain multiyne compound can also be used to synthesize the fused-ring metallacyclic compound efficiently. The preparation method of the chain multiyne compound disclosed in the present invention is simple, which can be used to prepare the chain multiyne compound rapidly and efficiently.

Abstract: A video coding method includes obtaining a first motion vector field (MVF) set, obtaining a plurality of second MVFs according to the first MVF set and based on a preset vector operation method, determining a motion compensation prediction (MCP) signal of the target sub picture block from M MCP reference pictures according to the plurality of second MVFs and based on an MCP algorithm, obtaining a prediction residual of the target sub picture block according to a picture signal of the target sub picture block and the MCP signal of the target sub picture block, performing coding processing on the prediction residual of the target sub picture block to obtain a coded signal of the prediction residual of the target sub picture block, and sending the coded signal of the prediction residual of the target sub picture block to a peer decoder.

The method includes: determining a motion vector difference of an affine picture block; determining motion vector precision of the affine picture block; determining a size of an affine motion compensation picture subblock in the affine picture block according to the motion vector difference, the motion vector precision, and a distance between control points in the affine picture block, where the control points are pixels used to determine the motion vector difference; and performing coding processing on the affine picture block according to the size of the affine motion compensation picture subblock. In this way, a picture subblock of an appropriate size is selected, so that coding complexity can be reduced, and coding efficiency can be improved.

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) generates at least one input stream for transmission and applies a gain factor to each channel. The gain factor is determined based on a reference channel power estimate. The WTRU generates at least two data streams from the input stream for transmission via a plurality of antennas and applies weights to the data streams. The gain factor and/or the weights are controlled such that a transmit power on each antenna is within a maximum allowed value. The WTRU may perform power scaling on a condition that a transmit power on any antenna exceeds the maximum allowed value. The WTRU may scale down an enhanced dedicated channel (E-DCH) dedicated physical data channel (E-DPDCH) first before other channels.
