    Abstract: A stator structure of a vehicle motor includes a stator core assembly and a plurality of coil assemblies composed of flat wires. The stator core assembly includes an annular portion and a plurality of tooth portions. The tooth portions extend from the annular portion in a radial direction toward a center of the stator core assembly. Each coil assembly is configured around a corresponding tooth portion. Each coil assembly includes a first flat wire and a plurality of second flat wires that are electrically connected in parallel. The first flat wire is radially stacked and wound around the corresponding tooth portion. The second flat wires are arranged radially adjacent to the first flat wire and are electrically connected in series to the first flat wire. The second flat wires are alternately stacked and radially wound around the corresponding tooth portion.

Each of the coil windings includes a plurality of wires winded via the accommodating spaces. Portions of the wires of the coil windings located in the accommodating spaces are radially concentrically arranged to form a plurality of winding layers. In at least one of the accommodating spaces, a wire cross-sectional area of the wire of the innermost one of the winding layers is smaller than a wire cross-sectional area of the wire of the outermost one of the winding layers.

The magnet assembly includes at least two first magnets, among which the first magnets are disposed corresponding to and between two first magnetic yokes, respectively. The coil assembly includes a winding coil having an exposed portion, among which the exposed portion is extended along a second direction and disposed between the two first magnetic yokes, and the exposed portion is at least partially overlapped with the two first magnets in a third direction. As a result, the coil assembly and the case are driven to reciprocate along the first direction by the winding coil due to the magnetic force, thereby solving the magnetic disturbing issue, enhancing the driving force of the linear motor, and optimizing the mechanical rigidity.
