    Abstract: The present application relates to a method for citalopram intermediate citalopram diol. The method comprises: first mixing two Grignard reagents required for a reaction; then mixing the mixed Grignard reagents with a raw material 5-cyanophthalide in a temperature-controllable micromixer to obtain a reaction solution; then subjecting the reaction solution to the reaction by means of a reactor to obtain a citalopram diol reaction solution; and then performing operations such as quenching, concentration, extraction, acidification, and crystallization to obtain a qualified product. The citalopram diol provided in the present invention has good selectivity, high yield, high safety, safety and reliability, and little sewage discharge, and is suitable for industrial production.

    Abstract: A nucleic acid amplification blocker for detecting a low-abundance mutation sequence and an application thereof in detecting a low-abundance mutation sequence are provided. The nucleic acid amplification blocker is an oligonucleotide modified by locked nucleic acid (LNA), and the matching region of the nucleic acid amplification blocker is located between amplified sequences. The nucleic acid amplification blocker is completely complementary to wild-type gene sequence, and contains at least one mismatch with mutant sequence. The nucleic acid amplification blocker has a great difference in affinity with mutant nucleic acid sequence/wild-type nucleic acid sequence, so as to achieve the purpose of highly selective amplification/enrichment of mutant sequence in samples. The nucleic acid amplification blocker has more significant detection effect on deletion mutation and insertion mutation.

Localization of electrodeposition and dimensional precision of members are enhanced by using the flexible following tool electrode to restrict a dispersion region of an electric field and a reaction region of electrodeposition, and a complex-shaped member can be deposited by controlling a motion path of the flexible following tool electrode. Since a laser has a high power density, introducing laser irradiation changes an electrode state in a radiated region, accelerates ion diffusion and electron transfer speeds, and increases a deposition rate, thus reducing defects such as pitting and cracking in a deposit, enhancing deposition quality, and achieving fabrication of a micro-part by a synergistic action of both electrochemical energy and laser energy.
