  • Patent number: 9733067
Abstract: A detection apparatus includes four sets of transmitter and receiver wherein the transmitters are on a first sliding member of a frame and the receivers are on a second sliding member of the frame; and drives for moving the first and second sliding members back and forth. During the movements of the first and second sliding members, each transmitter emits laser beam toward the receiver of the same set by passing through a space above a photoresist-coated optical glass by 100 ?m, no signal is generated at the receiver if the laser beam is not blocked, and a signal is generated at the receiver if the laser beam is blocked by at least one of a plurality of particles on the photoresist-coated optical glass.

  • Publication number: 20140131547
Abstract: A high-damping device includes a stiffness platform, a damping unit, and a joining medium layer. The stiffness platform has a basin. The damping unit has a concrete base received in the basin of the stiffness platform. The joining medium layer is an adhesive layer coated on a bottom and a sidewall of the basin of the stiffness platform. The high-damping device may support a machine weights several tons and provide a good dynamic stiffness.

  • Patent number: 8155808
Abstract: A system for monitoring track transportation to determine an abnormal status of a track is disclosed. The system includes at least one sensing module arranged at a predetermined monitoring point of the track, and each sensing module includes at least one force sensing unit and vibration sensing unit. A track status signal processing circuit is electrically connected to the sensing module for receiving the time domain force-related signal and time domain vibration-related signal, and these signals are converted to the digital signals. The digital signals are transferred to a signal calculating and processing unit, which includes a time domain/frequency domain force-related signal converting circuit, a time domain/frequency domain vibration-related signal converting circuit, and a frequency response function calculating unit.

  • Publication number: 20100000163
Abstract: A raised floor structure includes a vibration-damping platform and a support structure. The vibration-damping platform includes a bottom plate having a supporting face; a top plate located at a predetermined height position above the bottom plate to thereby define a vibration-buffering space therebetween; and a damping pad disposed in the vibration-buffering space between the top plate and the bottom plate. The support structure includes a plurality of supporting members connected to the supporting face of the bottom plate and located between the supporting face of the bottom plate and a foundation structure for supporting the vibration-damping platform thereon. Meanwhile, a raised space is formed between the bottom plate of the vibration-damping platform and the foundation structure.

  • Patent number: 7097146
Abstract: An anti-vibration platform for supporting a semiconductor equipment is constructed from a plurality of top and bottom ball couplings having threaded holes provided thereon, a plurality of rigid connecting bars separately horizontally or diagonally connected at two externally threaded free ends to two of the ball couplings, and a plurality of vertical supports separately connected at two externally threaded free ends to two vertically corresponding ball couplings. Steel plates are provided at a bottom and four sides of the platform, and threaded bars are provided to extend through the side steel plates to connect the platform to a concrete foundation. Anti-vibration and pressure-resistant elastomeric material is applied to the bottom of the platform to wrap joints of the bottom ball couplings, the connecting bars, and the vertical supports. A flat bed is positioned to a top of the platform by screwing to the top ball couplings.
