  • Publication number: 20240099886
Abstract: The present invention provides a lens capsule incision device capable of applying differential power for lens capsule incision to a lens capsule incising part according to the contact states of electrodes of the lens capsule incising part with the lens capsule. The lens capsule incision device, which has a lens capsule incising part adapted to incise the lens capsule and having electrodes, includes: a measuring part for measuring an impedance in a state in which the electrodes of the lens capsule incising part come into contact with the lens capsule; a state determining part for determining a current contact state of the electrodes with the lens capsule, based on the impedance measured through the measuring part; and a power application part for applying differential power for lens capsule incision to the lens capsule incising part according to the current contact state determined by the state determining part.

  • Patent number: 11925581
Abstract: A capsulorhexis device is inserted into an incision site of a cornea to make an incision in an anterior capsule surrounding a crystalline lens. The capsulorhexis device includes a loop having elasticity and conductivity; a moving member having one end fixed and coupled to the loop; an insertion guide configured so that, while the incision is being made in the crystalline lens capsule, a front end thereof is inserted into the incision site of the cornea; and a housing having one end coupled to a rear end of the insertion guide, wherein the loop is housed in the housing and, to make the incision in the crystalline lens capsule, slides in the housing together with the moving member to pass through the insertion guide and be deployed into an anterior chamber of the eye.

  • Publication number: 20220112515
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for producing virus-infected cell lines or animal models, wherein an enveloped virus including a lipid bilayer is mixed with a bile acid or a bile acid derivative, which allows the lipid bilayer to be replaced with a lipid bilayer derived from a target animal. Also disclosed herein are the virus-infected cell lines or animal models so produced and methods of screening a therapeutic candidate for a viral disease using the same.

  • Publication number: 20220034889
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for detecting a virus, and more particularly, to a method for detecting a virus including a lipid bilayer envelope, wherein the method allows a surface antigen, which is a lipid bilayer envelope protein, to be effectively exposed from lipoproteins that mask all or part of the envelope protein, thereby revealing the surface antigen that is masked by the lipoproteins, so that a probe such as an antibody can be used to detect the virus with high sensitivity within a short time.

  • Publication number: 20200155348
Abstract: The present invention provides a capsulorhexis apparatus for incising the anterior capsule covering the crystalline lens by being inserted into an incision site of the cornea. The capsulorhexis apparatus comprises: an anterior capsule incision part which has a closed curve-shape, is inserted in an incision site of an incised cornea so as to incise one portion of the anterior capsule positioned at the lower part of the cornea, and generates heat by applying a current in order to incise the anterior capsule; a body part in which the anterior capsule incision part slidingly moves so that the anterior capsule incision part is exposed to the outside when same is incising one portion of the anterior capsule, and is inserted inside the body part when same is not incising the anterior capsule; and a button part which is formed on one surface of the body part and slidingly moves the anterior capsule incision part inside the body part.
