    Abstract: The present invention discloses a multi-dimensional surface electromyogram signal prosthetic hand control method based on principal component analysis. The method comprises the following steps. Wear an armlet provided with a 24-channel array electromyography sensor to a front arm of a subject, and respectively wear five finger joint attitude sensors at a distal phalanx of a thumb and at middle phalanxes of remaining fingers of the subject. Perform independent bending and stretching training on the five fingers of the subject, and meanwhile, collect data of an array electromyography sensor and data of the finger joint attitude sensors. Decouple the data of the array electromyography sensor by principal component analysis to form a finger motion training set. Perform data fitting on the finger motion training set by a neural network method, and construct a finger continuous motion prediction model. Predict a current bending angle of the finger through the finger continuous motion model.

    Abstract: A cardiac troponin I ultra-sensitive detection reagent kit, a preparation method, and a detection method. The reagent kit comprises at least one first anti-cardiac troponin I antibody marked with a trace marker and at least one second anti-cardiac troponin I antibody coated on magnetic microspheres, the first anti-cardiac troponin I antibody and cardiac troponin I binding site being different from the second anti-cardiac troponin I antibody and cardiac troponin I binding site. The reagent kit may further comprise a diluent capable of significantly reducing non-specific binding in a detection process, so as to further increase the detection accuracy and sensitivity. The method using the reagent kit to detect cardiac troponin I sensitively and accurately detects the amount of cardiac troponin I in a sample, and provides more timely and reliable information for the early diagnosis and treatment of AMI.

A ratio of an outer diameter of the rotor core to the outer diameter of the housing is from 0.60 to 0.67. The noise of the motor during operation is reduced by increasing the thickness of the stator magnet, reducing the outer diameter of the rotor core, reducing the air gap between the magnet and the rotor core and reducing the rotational inertia of the rotor core. The motor is particularly suited for use in vehicle HVAC systems where low noise is an important requirement.

A capability proxy of the client intercepts an authentication challenge response and retrieves one or more security assertions from a secure environment of the client computing device. The capability proxy may be an embedded web server providing an HTTP interface to platform features of the client. The client sends a resource access token based on the security assertions to the identity provider. The identity provider verifies the resource access token and authenticates the client computing device based on the resource access token in addition to user authentication factors such as username and password. The identity provider sends an authentication response to the client, which forwards the authentication response to the application server.

In the preparation process provided by the present application, no additional surfactant or template agent needs to be added, the pollution of the surfactant to the surface of the prepared material is avoided and the tedious after-treatment steps to template agent are reduced. Accordingly, the large-scale production can be realized, and the lanthanide fluoride two-dimensional porous nanosheets constructed by nanoparticles are prepared in large scale by one step.
