  • Publication number: 20250151264
Abstract: Some embodiments include a method of forming an integrated assembly. A structure is provided to have conductive lines, and to have rails over the conductive lines and extending in a direction which crosses the conductive lines. Each of the rails includes pillars of semiconductor material. The rails have sidewall surfaces along spaces between the rails. The pillars have upper segments, middle segments and lower segments. First-material liners are formed along the sidewall surfaces of the rails. A second material is formed over the liners. First sections of the liners are removed to form gaps between the second material and the sidewall surfaces of the rails. Second sections of the liners remain under the gaps. Conductive material is formed within the gaps. The conductive material is configured as conductive lines which are along the middle segments of the pillars.

  • Publication number: 20250101864
Abstract: The present application discloses a calibration method for a logging-while-drilling device, which is used for measuring data on the sea level and comprises the following steps: horizontally suspending the logging-while-drilling device; measuring amplitudes and phases at different heights; horizontally rotating the logging-while-drilling device for multiple times, and measuring amplitudes and phases at different heights after each horizontal rotation; and when the sum of angles of the multiple horizontal rotations is greater than 360 degrees, calculating an azimuth correction factor according to the measured amplitudes and phases. As the calibration method for the logging-while-drilling device according to the present application is carried out on a wide seawater interface, the influence of the boundary effect can be eliminated; the uniform medium attributes of air and seawater can be simplified into a one-dimensional double-layer medium model.

  • Publication number: 20250054311
Abstract: A camera system may automatically identify high frequency motion regions in a field of view of the camera system. Analysis of motion events detected at different regions of a scene in the field of view, may be performed. Similar events frequently occurring at a certain region may be recorded/accumulated and compared to a threshold. Regions with high frequency activity may be determined and a user may be notified. If the user is not interested in events within the high activity regions, the regions may be ignored and notifications to the user may cease. The camera system may determine specific actions/events occurring in a region, such as a person approaching or leaving a home.
