Abstract: A method of fabricating a mobile computer metal shell is provided that includes the step of punching or forging a metal sheet to form a shell. Then, the step of milling and drilling is performed to form a shaped shell. Fitting members are next fixedly secured to the shaped shell at locations corresponding to the computer parts to be held, by means of adhesive bonding or welding. After the installation of the positioning members in the shaped shell, a plastic cover sheet is applied on the shaped shell.
