    Abstract: A ventilation system is provided in an automobile by forming an intake opening in the top of the seats in the automobile. A telescopic pipe is located in the cushion of the seat with its top end mounted to the intake opening and its lower end mounted to an outlet port at the underside of the seat. An ammonia sensor and a air drawing fan is mounted in the telescopic pipe. The air drawing fan is actuated by the ammonia sensor with the control of a seat fan module when the ammonia sensor detects body waste odor air expelled by a passenger sitting in the seat. Exhaust ducts are provided for conducting the odor air out of the automobile.

    Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and a method for measuring a three dimensional shape with improved accuracy. The apparatus includes a stage, at least one lighting unit, a plurality of image pickup units and a control unit. The stage supports an object to be measured. The lighting unit includes a light source and a grid, and radiates grid-patterned light to the object to be measured. The image pickup units capture, in different directions, grid images reflected from the object to be measured. The control unit calculates a three dimensional shape of the object from the grid images captured by the image pickup units. The present invention has advantages in capturing grid images through a main image pickup portion and sub-image pickup portions, enabling the measurement of the three dimensional shape of the object in a rapid and accurate manner.

The LED package includes A light emitting diode (LED) package includes a pair of lead frames connected with at least one LED chip through a metal wire, a package body integrally fixed with the lead frames and having a cavity having an open top, a lead frame bent downwardly to a lower part of an external mounting surface of the package body, a light-transmissive, transparent resin covering the LED chip and filling the cavity, a recess formed in a bottom surface of the cavity, in which the LED chip is mounted, and a transparent resin including a fluorescent material formed in the recess and the cavity. Accordingly, the amount of light-transmissive, transparent resin filling the cavity is reduced to save on manufacturing costs, and the height of the resin is lowered to improve the luminance of light. Also, the height of the package body is lowered, contributing to manufacturing a small product.

    Abstract: A three dimensional shape measurement apparatus includes an illumination section and a grating transfer unit. The illumination section includes a light source unit generating a light and a grating unit changing the light generated by the light source unit into a grating pattern light having a grating pattern. The illumination section illuminates the grating pattern light onto a measurement target in a predetermined direction. The grating transfer unit transfers the grating unit in a predetermined inclination direction with respect to an extension direction of the grating pattern and an arrangement direction of the grating pattern. Thus, manufacturing cost may be reduced, and the three dimensional shape measurement apparatus may be easily managed.

There is further provided an LED testing method using the LED testing apparatus.

Also, a high reflective metal layer is formed integrally on a wall of the concave. A transparent encapsulant is filled in the concave to encapsulate the LED chip, while forming the LED window. In addition, an insulating layer is formed on a predetermined area of the lead frames so that the lead frames are insulated from the high reflective metal layer. The side-view LED of the invention enhances light efficiency and heat release efficiency with an improved side-wall reflection structure.
