    Abstract: Systems and methods for determining a timing of a random access channel (RACH) occasion (RO) used to transmit a contention free random access (CFRA) preamble triggered by the receipt of an physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) order in a PDCCH are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) receives the PDCCH order and determines a timing offset value between the RO and a signal (e.g., a synchronization signal block (SSB), the PDCCH, a reference signal, etc.) to be used as a timing source. The UE also determines the arrival time of the signal to be used at the timing source. The UE then determines a time of the RO (during which the CFRA preamble will be transmitted) according to the arrival time and the timing offset value. Timing advance (TA) value(s) may also be accounted for as part of such a determination.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may support concurrent synchronization signal block (SSB) inter-frequency measurement without a measurement gap (MG). The UE may also, or alternatively, support concurrent SSB inter-frequency measurement in intra-band scenarios (e.g., where a target inter-frequency cell and serving cell are on the same band) and/or inter-band scenarios (e.g., where a target inter-frequency cell and serving cell are on the same band). The UE may report concurrent SSB based inter-frequency measurement as a NEEDFORGAP information element (IE), which may include one or more of a variety of parameters regarding UE measurement capabilities. Scheduling restrictions (e.g., restrictions to downlink and uplink communications) are also enabled based on UE measurement capabilities, including scheduling restriction for frequency range 1 (FR1), frequency range 2 (FR2), and cross frequency range scenarios.

    Abstract: Techniques, described herein, include solutions for managing uplink control information (UCI) transmission for a channel state information (CSI) report resulting from measurements of CSI measurement resources. In response to the CSI report exceeding allocated uplink resources of a UCI transmission, a compressed CSI report can be generated by performing an uplink control information (UCI) omission to omit parameters of the CSI report based on components comprising frequency domain (FD) components and time domain (TD) components of the MIMO codebook configuration. The UCI transmission can be generated with the compressed CSI report.

    Abstract: A method is to provide traffic related information in lower layers for an XR system and associated apparatuses.     Abstract: A user equipment (UE), baseband processor or other network device (e.g., base station, next generation NodeB, etc.) can operate to process or generate an acknowledgement (ACK) or a non-acknowledgement (NACK) of a beam report to indicate an autonomous transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state update, which can be a TCI update without a corresponding TCI indication/trigger. The UE can determine the ACK/NACK in response to providing the beam report in the autonomous TCI state update. The UE can then activate a TCI state of the autonomous TCI state update in response to identifying the ACK or re-transmit the beam report for autonomous TCI state update when a NACK is recognized.

    Abstract: Some aspects include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for radio resource management measurement prioritization for reduced capacity (RedCap) user equipment (UE). A RedCap UE may be use Half-Duplex Frequency Division Duplex (HD-FDD) for wireless communications. When performing communications with a network, the RedCap UE may make several measurements, including Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP), Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio (SINR), and Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ) measurements. To obtain these measurements, the RedCap UE may measure Synchronization Signal Block (SSB), Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI), and/or Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) symbols. Difficulties may arise when a RedCap UE's serving cell signal timing is not synchronized with a neighboring cell. The RedCap UE may be configured to prioritize measurements over uplink transmissions.
