Abstract: Systems for providing a tune master caller identification (ID) device include a telecommunications network and a caller device configured to provide caller identification information for an incoming telephone call, and a tune master caller ID device that is coupled to a telephone device. The tune master caller ID device receives caller identification information, associates a tune with the caller identification information, and plays the tune associated with the caller identification. The telephone device coupled to the tune master caller ID device provides telephone call processing capabilities. Other systems and methods are also provided.

The service switching point is operable to receive a tune notification service access code and a called directory number, and to issue a query in response to receiving the service access code. The service control point is operable to receive the query and issue a response including a tune notification signal to the service switching point. Upon receiving the response from the service control point, the service switching point processes the call so that the tune notification signal causes the tune notification to be applied to a called telephone line associated with the called directory number.

Abstract: Systems and methods are for registering and authenticating an unmanaged IP device to an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS). An exemplary method includes implementing a system from which an unmanaged IP device retrieves IMS credentials needed to register and authenticate to the IMS. The system is remote to the unmanaged IP device and is accessible to the unmanaged IP device through an IP access network. The method further includes permitting the unmanaged IP device to register and authenticate to the IMS with the IMS credentials received from the system.

Abstract: A method to remotely control a wireless unit, includes receiving an activation/deactivation request from a user. It is determined if the user is authorized to activate/deactivate the wireless unit. If the user is authorized to activate/deactivate the wireless unit, a signal is sent to the wireless unit causing the wireless unit to power-on/power-off in response to the signal.

Abstract: Systems and methods for announcing audio calling identification information associated with an incoming communications signal from a calling party to a wireless communications device are disclosed. The invention makes use of a translatable telephone number associated with a wireless communications device of a subscribing customer. The translatable telephone number includes a wireless telephone number of a wireless communications device and also includes an access telephone number that is associated with an access address serviced by a communications network. The wireless communications device is typically serviced by a separate wireless communications network that connects with the communications network over a communications link. The calling party dials the access telephone number and the incoming communications signal is detected, decoded, and processed to generate an audio communication by the communications network.

Abstract: The Candida and Aspergillus polypeptides of the invention have been found to be immunogenic and are useful as diagnostic test antigens. The polypeptide antigens of the subject invention can provide the basis of a diagnostic assay that would allow the rapid, in-house, laboratory diagnosis of infection with Candida and/or Aspergillus using a sample (e.g., serum, plasma, or whole blood) from an infected human or animal. Additionally, the subject invention provides methods of detecting the presence of Candida albicans and/or Aspergillus fumigatus in biological or environmental samples utilizing antibodies provided by the subject invention. Furthermore, the use of single antigens or, more preferably, one or more groups (sets) of antigens of the invention in the diagnosis of these important diseases offers many advantages including enhanced test specificity, ease of testing and consistency of results using synthetically or recombinantly produced test antigens instead of cultured, whole organisms.

Upon determining the location of a user, notification and a list of actions are provided through a watcher client application. In response to the user selection, actions are facilitated through the same network session(s).

The acceptability of the package for delivery is determined by a response that an addressee provides to an electronic message notification of package availability. The electronic response preferably contains some authenticating information regarding the package.

The predefined operation corresponding to the selected option request is then performed. A system is also provided having instructions thereon for providing selectable options to a calling party while on hold.
