    Abstract: An alkyl thioether ethyl hydroxamic acid beneficiation reagent and a preparation method and application thereof are provided. The alkyl thioether ethyl hydroxamic acid molecules have two functional groups, a thioether group and a hydroxamate group. The beneficiation reagent is obtained by esterification of alkyl thioether acetic acid and methanol and then by hydroxamation of hydroxylamine and an alkali. The alkyl thioether ethyl hydroxamic acid beneficiation reagent can be used as a collector for mineral flotation. The preparation method is simple and has a high yield. The thioether and hydroxamate group in the molecules have a synergistic effect and can effectively improve the collection performance.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for providing 3D wafer assembly with known-good-dies are provided. An example method compiles an index of dies on a semiconductor wafer and removes the defective dies to provide a wafer with dies that are all operational. Defective dies on multiple wafers may be removed in parallel, and resulting wafers with all good dies stacked in 3D wafer assembly. In an implementation, the spaces left by removed defective dies may be filled at least in part with operational dies or with a fill material. Defective dies may be replaced either before or after wafer-to-wafer assembly to eliminate production of defective stacked devices, or the spaces may be left empty. A bottom device wafer may also have its defective dies removed or replaced, resulting in wafer-to-wafer assembly that provides 3D stacks with no defective dies.

    Abstract: A device and method for evaluating long-term operation of a transformer oil pump. An inlet of an oil pump is connected to an outlet of an oil tank through an oil pipe, and an outlet of the oil pump is connected to an inlet of the oil tank through an oil pipe. A pressure gauge is provided on the oil pipe to the inlet and the outlet of the oil pump, respectively. An ultra-high-frequency (UHF) sensor is provided on an inner wall of an oil pipe close to the oil pump. A pressure difference between the oil pipes to the inlet and to the outlet of the oil pump is monitored. A three-phase unbalanced current of a stator winding is monitored. The vibration of the oil pump is monitored. The rotor-to-stator rub is monitored. Based on the above inspection, a long-term health status of the oil pump is determined.
