Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes: an etch-stop dielectric layer overlying a substrate and including a first opening therethrough; a silicon oxide plate overlying the etch-stop dielectric layer and including a second opening therethrough; a first conductive structure including a first electrode and extending through the second opening and the first opening; a memory film contacting a top surface of the first conductive structure and including a material that provides at least two resistive states having different electrical resistivity; and a second conductive structure including a second electrode and contacting a top surface of the memory film.

Abstract: A purge load port which is a load port devised with a purging plate and a purging module. The purging plate has inlet nozzles, outlet nozzles and recognizer; and the purging module has an inlet opening, an outlet opening, at least a temperature and humidity sensor, at least a flow meter and at least a pressure sensor. It makes the load port incapable of purging to provide the purging techniques after being devised with purging plate and purging modules, which solves the problem of controlling the cleanness by conventional load port, and thus effectively improves the yield of wafers in microchip fabrication.

A RFID interrogator retrieves information from a RFID tag when activated. A controller is configured to activate the RFID interrogator, get the relative information from associated systems and control the indicator according to the trigger signal. An indicator provides operating status of the RFID interrogator and/or information getting from the controller.
