Abstract: A system for adaptive electron beam scanning may include an inspection sub-system configured to scan an electron beam across the surface of a sample. The inspection sub-system may include an electron beam source, a sample stage, a set of electron-optic elements, a detector assembly and a controller communicatively coupled to one or more portions of the inspection sub-system. The controller may assess one or more characteristics of one or more portions of an area of the sample for inspection and, responsive to the assessed one or more characteristics, adjust one or more scan parameters of the inspection sub-system.

Abstract: A method may include receiving a number of video feeds from video capture devices located at an event venue. The number of video feeds may be dynamically analyzed to determine feed information associated with the number of video feeds. A request to view a multi-feed event may be received from a user device. At least some of the number of video feeds may be provided to the user device in response to the request. Feed information corresponding to the at least some of the number of video feeds may be provided based on the dynamically analyzing.

The campaign rule may identify a condition for charging a service provider, associated with the toll-free data service, for data used by the mobile device in association with the toll-free data service. The efficiency metric may be determined based on providing toll-free data services to the user or a set of users associated with a demographic with which the user belongs. Abstract: A network device receives configuration information for monitoring, via a network, control data for a monitored customer device. The configuration information includes business rules for responding to an event when the control data is outside baseline control limits. The network device identifies original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or service provider recommended limits for the control data and receives initial control data, associated with the monitored customer device, for a particular time period. The network device determines, based on the initial control data, baseline control limits related to the OEM or service provider recommended limits. The network device receives, an indication of an out-of-bounds event, wherein the out-of-bounds event includes at least one instance where subsequent control data is outside the baseline control limits and initiates, based on the business rules, an action responsive to the out-of-bounds event.

Abstract: Method, device, and storage medium for providing a program service based on identifying a user at a user level versus at an account level or a device level. The user is identified based on an identifier associated with a mobile device. The program service allows the user to store program session information according to various user settings including location, time of day, user device used during previous session, type of program, and service provider that provides access to the program service. The program service allows the user to share program session information with other users or prevent other users from accessing the program session information. The program service provides digital rights management at the user level.

Abstract: One embodiment relates to a method of detecting a buried defect in a target microscopic metal feature. An imaging apparatus is configured to impinge charged particles with a landing energy such that the charged particles, on average, reach a depth within the target microscopic metal feature. In addition, the imaging apparatus is configured to filter out secondary electrons and detect backscattered electrons. The imaging apparatus is then operated to collect the backscattered electrons emitted from the target microscopic metal feature due to impingement of the charged particles. A backscattered electron (BSE) image of the target microscopic metal feature is compared with the BSE image of a reference microscopic metal feature to detect and classify the buried defect. Abstract: A method for measuring critical dimension (CD) includes steps of: scanning at least one area of interest of a die to obtain at least one scanned image; aligning the scanned image to at least one designed layout pattern to identify a plurality of borders within the scanned image; and averaging distances each measured from the border or the plurality of borders of a pattern associated with a specific type of CD corresponding to the designed layout pattern to obtain a value of CD of the die. The value of critical dimensions of dies can be obtained from the scanned image with lower resolution which is obtained by relatively higher scanning speed, so the above-mentioned method can obtain value of CD for every die within entire wafer to monitor the uniformity of the semiconductor manufacturing process within an acceptable inspection time.

In particular, the present invention relates to a method and system for data synchronization using character string matching. Provided are a method, computer program product, and system for data synchronization between a source node and target node. An old copy and a new copy of data to be synchronized is received. A block map is generated according to the difference determined using character string matching between the old copy and the new copy. The block map, which includes the position information of unchanged blocks and the position information and contents of changed blocks, is transmitted to a target node.

Abstract: A method for measuring critical dimension (CD) includes steps of: scanning at least one area of interest of a die to obtain at least one scanned image; aligning the scanned image to at least one designed layout pattern to identify a plurality of borders within the scanned image; and averaging distances each measured from the border or the plurality of borders of a pattern associated with a specific type of CD corresponding to the designed layout pattern to obtain a value of CD of the die. The value of critical dimensions of dies can be obtained from the scanned image with lower resolution which is obtained by relatively higher scanning speed, so the above-mentioned method can obtain value of CD for every die within entire wafer to monitor the uniformity of the semiconductor manufacturing process within an acceptable inspection time.
