    Abstract: An automatic powering device includes a dielectric layer, a driving layer, a plurality of electrodes and a droplet. The dielectric layer includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The driving layer faces toward the dielectric layer thereby forming a channel between the driving layer and the dielectric layer. The driving layer includes a plurality of hydrophilic surfaces facing toward the first surface and a plurality of hydrophobic surfaces facing toward the first surface. Each of the hydrophilic surfaces is staggered from each of the hydrophobic surfaces. The electrodes are disposed at the second surfaces. The electrodes each are electrically connected to and spaced from each other. The droplet is flowable within the channel. The droplet is affected by the hydrophilic surfaces and the hydrophobic surfaces so as to flow in the channel.

    Abstract: A device may wirelessly communicate with a number of different cells used in a carrier aggregation. The device may monitor physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) on the different cells, dynamically switching between a dormant monitoring state (DS) and an active monitoring state (AS). In the DS, the UE may not monitor any PDCCH candidates on the active secondary SCells corresponding to the DS, or it may monitor PDCCH candidates in the search space (SS) set with the largest monitoring periodicity among the multiple SS sets on the active bandwidth part (BWP). In the AS, the UE may monitor a set of PDCCH candidates in physical resources configured by higher layers on the BWPs. Switching from one monitoring state to another may be facilitated through the use of a new downlink control information (DCI) format without data scheduling, a modified existing DCI format with data scheduling, and/or use of a DS timer.

The computer includes a test module with all necessary parameters for the RSE test and the test module is configured to generate an integrated test result.

The coupling of sulfur-based autotrophic denitrification and heterotrophic denitrification strengthens the removal of nitrate nitrogen.

The method includes heating one or two groups of a metal chloride salt group and a metal sulfate group to obtain a molten salt; adding pyrolysis char of waste tires into the molten salt and subjecting same to a molten salt thermal treatment under a preset reaction atmosphere; after the reaction is complete, separating the reaction product to obtain a secondary molten salt and treated pyrolysis char, washing the treated pyrolysis char with hot water and then drying same so as to obtain carbon black, and at the same time, recycling the secondary molten salt.
