  • Publication number: 20230001666
Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a metal architectured plate with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a metal architectured plate with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity which is configured by stacking sheet-like metal architectured materials having micro-thickness with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity, the metal architectured materials including base microchannels formed with regular intervals; and microchannels with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity formed to protrude between the base microchannels, such that the base microchannels and the microchannels with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity form channels with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity, which are spaces for allowing control of thermal conductivity and an elastic modulus, thereby imparting human-friendly senses of tactile warmth and elasticity.

  • Patent number: 9953867
Abstract: Disclosed are a method of forming a seed layer on a high-aspect ratio via and a semiconductor device having a high-aspect ratio via formed thereby. Thus, efficient Cu filling-plating is possible, and plating adhesion of the seed layer to filling-plated Cu can be simply and profitably enhanced, thus imparting high durability upon forming metal wiring for electronic components. Moreover, stress of the seed layer can be lowered, thereby enhancing plating adhesion.

  • Patent number: 9653629
Abstract: The present invention relates to an exclusive alloy substrate material for CIGS solar cells. Particularly, the present invention provides a substrate material having a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of a CIGS layer. The substrate material according to the present invention may prevent damage such as interlayer separation due to differing thermal expansion coefficients from occurring because the substrate material has a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of the CIGS layer.

  • Publication number: 20140332069
Abstract: The present invention relates to a controlled expansion flexible metal substrate material and to a production method therefor. In the present invention, an electrocasting method is used in order to produce a metal substrate material which comprises a controlled expansion alloy and has a textured structure and a wide width. Also, the flexible metal substrate material of the present invention can be used as the substrate for a silicon thin-film solar cell since the Fe—Ni alloying compositional ratio is controlled in such a way that the thermal expansion coefficient approximates that of silicon. The present invention is devised in such a way that the optical pathway is extended and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved since a textured structure is provided on the surface of a flexible metal substrate material by forming a textured structure on the surface of a plating drum used as a plating cathode or anode used in an electrocasting method.

  • Publication number: 20070044111
Abstract: A disc may be inserted or ejected from a turntable of an optical disc drive without applying excessive force to the disc, and the disc is securely locked onto the turntable when the disc is being rotated. The optical disc drive includes a turntable having a protruding boss for insertion into a mounting hole formed on a disc. First locks are disposed at the outer circumference of the boss, such that the first locks can move in the radial direction of the boss to lock the disc located on the turntable. Elastic members provide an elastic force to the first locks. A magnetic member is disposed above the boss, and a second lock disposed in the boss increases a locking force of the first locks only when the second lock interacts with the magnetic member.
