  • Publication number: 20080226532
Abstract: The invention provides methods, compositions, and systems for a reversible hydrogen storage material. The hydrogen storage material contains a lithium-magnesium compound, having LiMgN in a dehydrogenated state and a hydrogenated lithium magnesium product in a hydrogenated state, where the hydrogenated and dehydrogenated states are reversible. The lithium-magnesium compound is formed by reacting MgH2 and LiNH2 in a substantially inert atmosphere in amounts sufficient to obtain a hydrogen adsorption of at least 3 wt %, and in many cases up to about 8.1 wt %.

  • Publication number: 20080123965
Abstract: A system and method of recognizing absolute coordinates are provided. The absolute coordinate recognition system includes: a pattern recording medium in which each cell is diagrammatized, and a predetermined microcode is allocated to the pattern formed by each arrangement of the diagrammatized cells; a pattern sensing unit recognizing the microcode by sensing the pattern; and a signal processing unit calculating the position of the pattern sensing unit on the pattern recording medium, from the sensed pattern. By constructing the simpler patterns of the pattern recording medium, the absolute coordinate recognition system and method therefor enable imaging system and image sensor with not-high resolutions to recognize the patterns.

  • Patent number: 7034557
Abstract: An inspecting apparatus for a semiconductor device includes a match plate; a contact module combined with the match plate and including a radiator to radiate heat from the semiconductor device to the outside and a tester to contact the leads of the semiconductor device; and a heat pipe provided in the radiator. The inspecting apparatus performs testing at a constant temperature, regardless of heat from the semiconductor device, by transferring the heat quickly and efficiently, thereby producing more accurate test results. The apparatus also improves productivity and saves expense by removing faulty test results caused by incorrectly identifying a qualified semiconductor device as a defective semiconductor device.
