    Abstract: The present invention provides an evaluating system and the use thereof for the efficacy of antimicrobial peptide, which includes the following steps: (a) constructing a peptide by a first input unit, and load the peptide into an aqueous solution for a first time for equilibration; (b) constructing a lipid bilayer by a second input unit, and load the lipid bilayer into an aqueous solution for a second time for equilibration; (c) Using a first processing unit, simulations are carried out for an aqueous system containing an equilibrated peptide from the first input unit and the equilibrated lipid bilayer from the second input unit; (d) calculating the partition free energy of the peptide by a second processing unit; (e) outputting the prediction by an output unit, wherein the output unit is connected with the first processing unit and the second processing unit.

    Abstract: A heat-dissipating device configured to cool the battery pack of an electric vehicle includes a coolant circulating pump and a tank. The coolant circulating pump is configured to engage with the one or more heat dissipation pipes of the electric vehicle and communicate with the one or more heat dissipation pipes. The tank is configured to contain coolant which includes phase change material. When cooling is required, for example during battery recharging, the coolant circulating pump is configured to inject the coolant in the tank into the one or more heat dissipation pipes via the coolant inlet, drive the coolant to flow in the one or more heat dissipation pipes, and take the coolant out from the one or more heat dissipation pipes via the coolant outlet to the exterior. A related electric vehicle and a related heat dissipation method are also provided.

The navigation device detects road keywords and the traffic condition keywords associated with the detected road keywords in the received audio and marks the traffic condition on the corresponding road on the navigation map according to the detected road keyword and any associated traffic condition.

One mobile communication unit transmits a request to use a vehicle to the vehicle unlocking unit. The vehicle unlocking unit receives the request and generates a first prompt to a key holder which prompts whether to accept the request, and if an approval is received, the vehicle unlocking unit generates a first authentication information to the vehicle control unit and the mobile communication unit. The mobile communication unit acquires a second authentication information in response to user input to the vehicle control unit. If the second authentication information matches the first authentication information, the vehicle control unit unlocks the vehicle and allows the vehicle to be started up.

    Abstract: A horse measuring ruler structure including a vernier main body, a fixing stopper block, two resilient slide blocks, a locating ruler, a locating device, an inner ruler, an outer ruler, a, protective frame and a locking device. The vernier main body is composed of a trapezoid board and two panels rightward extending respectively from middle sections of front and rear sides of the trapezoid board. The upper and lower sections of the right side of the trapezoid board are respectively formed with two T-shaped sockets. The left end of the locating ruler is fitted into the space between the right sections of the panels of the vernier main body and pivotally located by the locating device. The locking device is fitted into the circular receiving chamber of lower end of the inner ruler. The protective frame is fitted onto upper end of the outer ruler and the inner ruler is fitted into the outer ruler. The resilient slide blocks are fitted into the T-shaped cavities of the trapezoid board of the vernier main body.
