  • Publication number: 20240094704
Abstract: Determining a semiconductor device manufacturing parameter may include determining an EPM (electrical measurement parameters) group that has a correlation in a baseline EPM dataset including EPMs of a device manufactured under a baseline condition, deriving principal components (PCs) corresponding to main correlation axes between EPMs in the EPM group, deriving a PC-based dataset including a baseline PC dataset and a conditional split PC dataset by converting the baseline EPM dataset and a conditional split EPM dataset measured from devices manufactured under conditional splits into a PC domain, determining, using the PC-based dataset, respective PCs which are effectively changed by the conditional splits, obtaining split variation information of the conditional splits, extracting an optimal point capable of optimizing a figure of merit of a semiconductor device within a range of the PC-based dataset, and deriving information for process feedback for realizing the optimal point using the split variation infor

  • Publication number: 20230130362
Abstract: An electronic drawing generating device may validate loaded strength calculation data, nozzle data, and firefighting data, and may generate a preview display based on an engineering data sheet generated based on the validated data. When there is an error in the preview, the engineering data may be corrected and electronic drawings may be automatically generated.

  • Patent number: 10019802
Abstract: A graphics processing unit (GPU) that performs rendering in units of tiles includes a coefficient generator that produces an interpolation coefficient based on coordinates of vertices of a primitive included in a first tile and a second tile; an interpolator that produces barycentric coordinates in respective pixels for the first tile of the primitive and pixel values in the first tile corresponding to the primitive, based on the interpolation coefficient, and a storage configured to store the interpolation coefficient. The GPU produces barycentric coordinates in and pixel values of respective pixels for a second tile of the primitive, based on the interpolation coefficient stored in the storage.
