    Abstract: This application describes method and apparatus for color noise reduction to enhance the quality of color images. An example method first takes a color image as its input and converts it into a Luminance-Chrominance color space, resulting in an YUV image. This YUV representation consists of a Y-channel (Luminance information), which encapsulates the luminance information responsible for the image's brightness, and UV-channels, which represent the chrominance information responsible for the color information. Then a guided filter is created using the Y-channel of the YUV image. The guided filter acts as a reference and assists in refining the subsequent noise reduction steps. With the guided filter in place, the method performs color noise reduction in the UV-channels of the YUV image, where the color noise is primarily present, resulting in smoother and cleaner color values.

After the adoption of the above technical solutions, an adapter pipeline is arranged on the main pipeline, and the other end of the adapter pipeline sleeves a liquid channel or gas channel. So that the main pipeline is not easily washed away by the water pressure or gas pressure, which can be applicable to gas channels or liquid channels in different shapes.

According to the charge sensitive amplifier and the radiation sensor including the same, it is possible to minimize a variation in a signal voltage of a charge sensitive amplifier output signal by applying a current, which is formed by mirroring a current bias circuit designed to be insensitive to PVT variations, to a gate of a feedback transistor. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce a variation in charging time and enable high-speed sensing by charging the signal voltage to the level of a common voltage VCOM by using a constant current supplied through a bandgap reference (BGR) circuit.

After the AlN nucleation layer is prepared on the Si substrate, the ions are introduced into the Si substrate and the AlN nucleation layer through the AlN nucleation layer. In this way, types of the introduced ions can be expanded. In addition, a carrier concentration at an interface between the Si substrate and the AlN nucleation layer and a carrier concentration in the AlN nucleation layer can also be reduced.
