  • Publication number: 20150129482
Abstract: A conical solid-liquid separator includes a separator body, a clean water collection tank and a wastewater collection tank provided at an upper surface of the separator body, a conical sieves provided at the top of the clean water collection tank, an arc cone sheathed on the top of the conical sieves and having an upper end connected an inlet pipe. With the installation of the conical sieves, wastewater flows from the inlet pipe into the arc cone and then passes through the arc cone to disperse the water flow and enters into the conical sieves for filtering. The conical solid-liquid separator and its operating process are simplified to reduce water consumption and improve the processing efficiency. In addition, the conical solid-liquid separator comes with a simple and compact structure and reduces the power consumption significantly.

  • Publication number: 20150130090
Abstract: A jet array aeration apparatus includes a pump, an inlet pipe, an air inlet duct and an outlet pipe installed sequentially. The air inlet duct is a multi-way duct containing an aeration structure which includes a jet ring and a ring-shaped air inlet space formed between the outer wall of the jet ring and the inner wall of the air inlet duct and interconnected to the outlet pipe. The jet ring has plural array via holes for dividing a circular water column flowing through the jet ring into gear-shaped water columns and forming an array vacuum negative-pressure area, so that a large amount of air may be sucked through the air inlet duct to form a large quantity of air bubbles, so as to achieve the aeration effect.

  • Publication number: 20150027379
Abstract: An automatic feeding apparatus includes a reaction container, and two or more dosing containers installed above the reaction container and having a feeding end extending into the reaction container. The reaction container has a water inlet formed on a sidewall of the reaction container and a siphon draining device installed at the bottom of the reaction container for discharging a liquid from the reaction container to the outside. The reaction container includes a mixer that divides the reaction container into an upper-layer reaction area and a lower-layer reaction area. Therefore, a liquid and/or a powder in the dosing container flows into the mixer, and then flows into water through the lower-layer reaction area and the water inlet for dilution. If the water level of the lower-layer reaction area exceeds the siphon level, the mixed liquid will be discharged out of the reaction container by the siphon effect.

  • Publication number: 20150027576
Abstract: An automatic material adder includes a reaction container, a feed storage tank, installed at the top of the reaction container; and at least one liquid bottle, installed adjacent to the feed storage tank, and having a feeding end and a liquid transfer end of the liquid bottle directly or indirectly interconnected with the interior of the reaction container, and the feeding end of the feed storage tank further having an automatic switching device for feeding a material at a fixed time, and the reaction container having a water inlet formed on a sidewall of the reaction container, and a siphon draining device installed on the bottom wall of the reaction container for discharging a mixture contained in the reaction container to the outside.

  • Patent number: 8192564
Abstract: A method of growing a single crystal seed bar (10) in which a mold provided with a grain selector filter (16) above a starter chamber is filled with molten metal, whereupon the metal is allowed to solidify slowly upwardly from the starter chamber. The filter (16) is provided with a pattern of openings, with the diameter of the openings being at least as large as the primary dendrite tip radius of the metal, but smaller than half the primary dendrite arm spacing.
