Abstract: The invention provides a split-type mold for wheel casting, the mold having an upper die, a split-type water-cooling side die and a lower die, and the split-type water-cooling side die is divided into four pieces along a circumferential direction of the wheel mold. A thermal deformation arc compensation surface is machined on ¼ arc portion of each split-type water-cooling lower side die, and a compensation surface is machined on key portions of 45-degree matching surfaces of adjacent split-type water-cooling upper side dies. The side die can effectively solve the problems such as untight matching between the matching surfaces, flashes of the matching surfaces and aluminum sticking and the like due to the thermal deformation and non-homogeneous expansion and shrinkage of the two portions of the split-type water-cooling side die.

The fusion device integrates a Content Delivery Network (CDN) component and a network component. The CDN component receives a media service request initiated by a Set Top Box (STB), searches in a service policy template database for a service policy template matching a service type carried by the request, initiate a network support request to the network component, and uses the service policy template to provide a service for the STB after receiving a success response message fed back by the network component; and the network component searches in a network policy template database for a network policy template matching a service policy after receiving the network support request, executes the network policy template, feeds back a success response message when the execution succeeds, and uses the network policy template to provide a network resource support for the CDN component.

Abstract: The present invention provides a water spot cooling device of a bottom mold for wheel hub casting, a method for cooling a bottom mold by using the device, and a method for manufacturing the device. The device and the method of the present invention have the advantages that multi-path spot cooling required by spoke cooling is integrated into one device; the influence of backwater on the mold is eliminated and stable production is benefited; the effluent water from the multi-path spot cooling is gathered to one backwater opening through a backwater crossing and a backwater annular passage, thereby simplifying a backwater device and making the pipeline connection of the device simpler; and there is no special part in the whole device so that the machining cost is reduced and the maintenance is more convenient.

Abstract: The present invention provides a side-mold water spot-cooling device for cooling a casting mold, a manufacturing method thereof and a method for cooling a casting mold by the device. The reinforcing strip has a first selectably closing means for preventing the passage of liquid and air through the vent opening. A second selectably closing means is provided for preventing passage of liquid and air through the straw opening. The vent opening and straw opening are biased closed when a user is not drinking from the container and opens when the user inhales through the straw causing the vent opening and the first and second selectably closing means to be opened and liquid to pass through the straw. In addition, the present invention includes an actuating device actuated by the mouth of the user.

The window covering system includes a plurality of retaining devices which slide along guide rails located on the perimeter of each window. A window covering, preferably composed of an elastomeric material, is attached to the retaining devices. The retaining devices and the window covering are opened and closed by sliding the retaining devices within the guide rails. The window covering completely covers the window in the closed position.

A product is affixed with an authentication tag having an identification number and a product code. The product code is concealed by a removable strip. A consumer purchases the product and removes the strip to reveal the product code. The consumer communicates with the authenticating agency and conveys the identification number and product code to the authenticating agency. The authenticating agency retrieves the valid product code associated with the identification number and compares it with the product code submitted by the consumer. If the codes match, the product is authenticated by the authenticating agency. The authenticating agency then communicates the results of the determination to the consumer.
