Patent number: 12171057Abstract: A method for manufacturing a PCB with an embedded thermal conductor and a PCB are provided. A sheet of copper-clad ceramic serves as a thermal conductor. A sheet of copper foil having no opening serves as an outer layer of a laminate. A part of the sheet of copper foil covering the thermal conductor is removed after a lamination process, to expose a conductive layer as the outer layer of the thermal conductor. Finally, the outer layer pattern is formed. The sheet of copper foil has no opening before the lamination process, so that the sheet of copper foil has good flatness during the lamination process, thereby avoiding wrinkles. Moreover, the sheet of copper-clad ceramic serves as the thermal conductor, so that a pattern is manufactured on the outer layer of the thermal conductor based on the exposed conductive layer.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 2020Date of Patent: December 17, 2024Assignee: SHENGYI ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.Inventors: Lu Xiao, Hongyu Wu, Chengguang Ji, Mengru Liu, Zhengqing Chen, Hongbing Du, Haibo Tang

Patent number: 8867166Abstract: A spindle motor includes a flat stator, a rotor magnet arranged above the stator, and a magnetic portion made of a ferromagnetic material. The magnetic portion is positioned lower than the stator and the magnetic portion are axially overlapped with coils. A magnetic attraction force is generated between the magnetic portion and the rotor magnet. Since the magnetic portion is positioned lower than the stator, it is possible to cause magnetic fluxes to efficiently flow between the rotor magnet and the stator. Further, the stator includes a protrusion protruded radially outward beyond an outer circumferential portion of a rotor hub. Accordingly, in a plan view, the stator is positioned radially outward of the rotor hub.Type: GrantFiled: January 31, 2013Date of Patent: October 21, 2014Assignee: Nidec CorporationInventors: Shigeharu Sumi, Toshikazu Himeno, Hongbing Du, Junichi Hashimoto, Kazuya Enokizono

Patent number: 8659850Abstract: A stationary unit of a brushless motor includes a flat armature and a base member arranged to support the armature. The armature includes a power supply portion to which a lead wire is connected. The base member includes a wall portion and a window portion. The wall portion is radially opposed to an outer edge portion of the armature. The window portion is positioned below the power supply portion to axially extend through the base member. An adhesive agent exists between the wall portion and the outer edge portion of the armature. Accordingly, the base member and the armature are strongly fixed to each other. Further, a sealing material is interposed between a whole periphery of an edge of the window portion and the armature, so that the window portion is sealed.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2013Date of Patent: February 25, 2014Assignee: Nidec CorporationInventors: Toshikazu Himeno, Hongbing Du, Junichi Hashimoto, Kazuya Enokizono
