    Abstract: An anti-cavitation damping composite metal structure for a flow passage component and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: cladding a gradient functional material layer by layer on a substrate of a flow passage component; forming periodic structures on a surface of each layer of the gradient functional material through etching by an ultrafast laser to absorb a part of an impact load energy caused by cavitation of the flow passage component, where the layers of the gradient functional material form a gradient coating with a toughness increasing layer by layer and a hardness decreasing layer by layer from bottom to top; and forming nano twins on a surface layer by a laser shock peening technique, and implanting a residual compressive stress to further improve anti-cavitation resistance of a surface.

    Abstract: A universal precise leveling measuring device and measurement method thereof, comprising: a plate-shaped horizontal base, a round bubble level set at the center of an upper surface of the base, and three outriggers set on the base, wherein at least one through-hole is set at one end of each of the outriggers far from the base, and a point contact bolt set in the through-hole; the three outriggers are extended in different directions and in the same plane parallel to the base, and included angle of two adjacent outriggers is smaller than 180°. With the universal precise leveling measuring device of the present invention, the prior art manual levelness measurement of foundation flange of wind power generator carried out by using a scale and a level is modified into dynamic measurement only by using the universal precise leveling measuring device, thus increasing the measurement precision and simplifying the measurement procedures.

    Abstract: An installing method for an anchor cage and a method for installing industrial equipment includes: providing an anchor flange; providing a template flange; providing a shimming flange; assembling and fixing lower ends of part of anchor bolts in a first group of bolt holes of the anchor flange; assembling upper ends of the part of anchor bolts in a first group of bolt holes of the template flange correspondingly; adjusting and fixing all the anchor bolts after the rest anchor bolts penetrate through a second group of bolt holes of the anchor flange and a second group of bolt holes of the template flange; binding reinforcing steel bars and pouring concrete below the template flange to form a reinforced concrete platform; and taking the template flange down and assembling the upper ends of all the anchor bolts in the plurality of bolt holes of the shimming flange correspondingly.
