Abstract: A safety belt central adjuster, which has a main body, a press plate and a connecting piece, wherein the press plate and the main body are connected in a hinged mode through the connecting piece, and the press plate can rotate around the connecting piece; at least one spring mechanism used for ensuring the tightening force of the press plate is arranged at the hinged joint of the press plate and the main body, and a ratchet part is arranged at the lower end of the press plate and provided with round sharp reverse teeth; the ratchet part disengages from the main body, and a channel allowing a safety belt to stretch therein is formed between the ratchet part and the main body.
