Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for information acquisition of a voice mailbox system. The method includes: when message information sent from a user of a communication sending end is received, an information characteristic of the message information is determined; whether a pre-stored information characteristic consistent with the determined information characteristic exists or not is analyzed; and when there exists the pre-stored information characteristic consistent with the determined information characteristic, information corresponding to the determined information characteristic is acquired from an information library, and the acquired information is pushed to a user of a communication receiving end. The disclosure also discloses a device for information acquisition of a voice mailbox system. Reasonable and effective analysis over the message information in the information library of the voice mailbox system is implemented.

Abstract: Provided are terminal equipment and an emergency method for leaving a voice message. The terminal equipment includes: a message leaving component, configured to receive a message from a calling party, and record message time and/or caller number information; an emergency monitoring component, configured to monitor a main service, switch off the main service and enable an emergency service under an abnormal circumstance; wherein the message leaving component is configured to receive a message from a calling party, record message time and/or caller number information according to a service provided by the emergency service. The technical solution ensures the basic service of a voicemail.
