The signal control circuit includes a voltage logic determining module and a logic control module. A first end of the voltage logic determining module is connected to a first end of the photosensitive element, and a second end of the voltage logic determining module is connected to a second end of the photosensitive element. A first input end of the logic control module is connected to the first end of the voltage logic determining module, an output end of the logic control module is connected to the reset switch.
