    Abstract: A protective film sequentially includes a release film, a low-viscosity silica gel layer, a high-viscosity silica gel layer and a substrate from top to bottom. A high-viscosity organosilicon adhesive, a hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, a curing agent, an additive and a solvent are coated on a polyester film. A low-viscosity organosilicon adhesive, the hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, the curing agent, the additive and the solvent are mixed and costed on the polyester film complex, which is pressed with the release film to obtain a silica gel protective film for fuel cells. A proton exchange membrane is coated with a catalyst to form a first catalyst layer, the protective film is adhered to the surface of the first catalyst layer, the second side of the proton exchange membrane is coated, and the silica gel protective film is peeled off after the coating is finished to obtain a CCM for a fuel cell.

    Abstract: A preparation process of composite membrane for fuel cells uses an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous base membrane as a skeleton. The base membrane is subjected to an impregnation treatment of mixed solutions having different concentrations from low to high. Specifically, the treatment tank I is provide with a mixed solution of a 0.1 wt. %-1 wt. % perfluorosulfonic acid resin solution, a water-retaining agent and a free radical quencher, the treatment tank II is provided with a mixed solution of a 2 wt. %-6 wt. % perfluorosulfonic acid resin solution, a water-retaining agent and a free radical quencher, and the treatment tank III is provided with a mixed solution of a 7 wt. %-20 wt. % perfluorosulfonic acid resin solution and a sulfonated polyetheretherketone solution. The resulting proton exchange composite membrane does not generate pore residues and avoids hydrogen permeation when in use.

    Abstract: A finite element-based ore deposit drilling information processing and analysis method and device are described herein. The information processing method includes: dividing finite elements based on related information of an exploration borehole, and constructing corresponding sectional finite element plans; and performing three-dimensional (3D) spatial co-position stacking on the sectional finite element plans, and constructing scanning analytic finite element profiles through spatial analysis. According to the method, geological borehole information can be visually analyzed and presented in a sectional and layered mode, and the method has excellent practical value and indicating significance for accurate delineation of prospecting target areas, accurate mining, dressing and smelting, and structural metallogenic research.

    Abstract: This application provide a refrigerant thermal management module and a thermal management system. Components in the refrigerant thermal management module are centrally arranged, so that a pipeline connected between the components is shortened and a refrigerant flow resistance is reduced, improving working performance of a refrigerant loop. In addition, a platform-based design is implemented through modular design. In addition, a plate heat exchanger in the refrigerant loop is used to absorb heat from a coolant loop in a vehicle function module, to implement a function of cooling the vehicle function module; and a condenser in the refrigerant loop is used to release heat to the coolant loop of the vehicle function module, to implement a function of heating the vehicle function module. Regardless of whether the vehicle function module needs to be heated or cooled, refrigerant flows in the refrigerant thermal management module keep a same direction of circulation.
