The electrical connector includes an insulation body, a terminal group and an isolation plate, where the terminal group and the isolation plate are received in the insulation body. The terminal group includes upper-row terminals and lower-row terminals. The isolation plate is between the upper-row terminals and the lower-row terminals. The isolation plate has a pair of upper grounding arms and a pair of lower grounding arms which are integrally connected with the isolation plate. The pair of upper grounding arms is in a same plane as the upper-row terminals and is on two sides of the upper-row terminals respectively. The pair of lower grounding arms is in a same plane as the lower-row terminals and is on two sides of the lower-row terminals respectively.
