The method includes: providing a cover plate, providing a fingerprint sensing chip, where a fingerprint sensing region and contact pads at periphery of the region are arranged on a front surface of the chip, electrically connecting the contact pads to a back surface of the chip, forming a first conductive structure electrically connected to the contact pads on the back surface of the chip, laminating the front surface of the chip with a back surface of the cover plate, providing a flexible printed circuit, where a second conductive structure is arranged on a back surface of the circuit and an opening is arranged in the circuit, laminating a front surface of the circuit with the back surface of the cover plate, and electrically connecting the first conductive structure to the second conductive structure.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for determining a service to be suspended, the method includes that: a predetermined network element determines a suspending criterion for selecting a Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (MBMS) required to be suspended; the predetermined network element judges whether an MBMS meeting the suspending criterion exists or not according to the determined suspending criterion; and under the condition that a judgment result is YES, the predetermined network element determines the MBMS as the MBMS required to be suspended, and notifies an Evolved Node B (eNB), wherein the eNB refers to all eNBs participating in Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) transmission in an MBSFN area where the MBMS required to be suspended is located.

Abstract: Methods and devices for reporting and issuing a band extension capability are provided. A terminal side receives terminal capability query information from a network side, determines band interval lists to which each band supported by the terminal side belongs, and reports the supported bands through cells corresponding to the band interval lists to which each band belongs; and the network side determines band interval lists to which each band supported by the network side belongs when issuing a band capability supported by the network side, and issues the supported bands through cells corresponding to the band interval lists to which each band belongs. By the solutions of the disclosure, the bands belonging to different band interval lists can be reported and issued through different cells, and the problem of limitations to the number of the bands during the reporting and issuing of the bands is solved.

Abstract: Provided are a method, system, device for controlling congestion or overload and an eNB. The method includes: one or more eNBs configured to detect congestion or overload of user plane data are selected, and the one or more eNBs selected are notified; the one or more eNBs selected detect a congestion or overload event of the user plane data; when a triggering condition is met, the one or more eNBs selected send congestion or overload indication information to a GCS AS; and the GCS AS determines a start or end of congestion or overload which occurs in an MBMS area according to the congestion or overload indication information, and correspondingly selects a manner in which trunking service data are sent. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, the problem of influence for a trunking service when congestion or overload occurs in a network may be solved.

Abstract: In an intelligent reminder method and system, the system includes: message reception means for receiving push messages associated with predetermined accounts; detection means for examining the push messages based on classification-related feature data therein to obtain reminder messages and for labelling the reminder messages into different categories, wherein reminder messages in each of the categories are associated with at least one action; and reminder means for reminding a user based on the reminder messages. This invention can obtain reminder messages effectively from push messages and classify the reminder messages based on classification-related feature data in the push messages and carry out actions based on categories of the reminder messages, thereby achieving intelligent reminding and improved user experience.

Abstract: Disclosed are an MBMS bearer-based method and system for querying a node state in cluster communication and a storage medium. The method comprises: a cluster service application server transmits to a network node employing a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer for transmitting a cluster service a request message for reporting a node state, receives node state information reported by the network node, selects, on the basis of the node state information, a mode for transmitting the cluster service, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on a target UE receiving the cluster service; the node state information comprises a congestion/overload identifier, an MBMS service area identifier, an MBMS service identifier, a congestion/overload start/end identifier. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.

Abstract: Disclosed are an MBMS bearer-based method and system for reporting a congestion state in cluster communication and a storage medium. The method comprises: when user-side and/or control-side congestion or overload indication information reported by a network node of a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer-based cluster service is received, a cluster service application server determines a target user equipment (UE) and a cluster service being affected, executes a corresponding policy, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on the target UE receiving the cluster service; and, when resume indication information reported by the network node is received, the cluster service application server utilizes the restored network node to select a bearer mode for transmitting the cluster service. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of network congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.

In the method, a UE sends to a network side, when determining that the UE has left an MBSFN area capable of carrying a predetermined MBMS, indication information for triggering the network side to set up a bearer for the UE to transmit the predetermined MBMS. The technical problem in the related art that a network side usually fails to know that UE moves to a cell unable to carry an MBMS, so that the network side cannot ensure service continuity and thus reception of the MBMS by a user side is interrupted is solved. Abstract: A new, facile, low cost and easy-to-operate method of forming and immobilizing metal nanoparticles on substrates is invented. The method comprises steps of chemical modification of the substrates with chemical linkers, chelation of the metal ions to the modified substrates, the washing of the unbound metal ions and in-situ reduction of the metal ions to produce metal nanoparticles on the substrates with/without the finishing treatment of the metal nanoparticles functionalized substrates with minimum particles aggregations. The metal nanoparticles functionalized substrates generated by the method have wide applications, for example, as anti-microbial agents. The metal nanoparticles are strongly bonded to the substrates, resulting in low metal leaching to the environment.
