The indication information is used for indicating the eNB receiving the indication information to send Multicast Channel (MCH) Scheduling Information (MSI) to User Equipment (UE), and the MSI includes a specific value used for notifying the UE of the MBMS to be suspended.

The method comprises: a cluster service application server transmits to a network node employing a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer for transmitting a cluster service a request message for reporting a node state, receives node state information reported by the network node, selects, on the basis of the node state information, a mode for transmitting the cluster service, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on a target UE receiving the cluster service; the node state information comprises a congestion/overload identifier, an MBMS service area identifier, an MBMS service identifier, a congestion/overload start/end identifier. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.

The method includes: one or more eNBs configured to detect congestion or overload of user plane data are selected, and the one or more eNBs selected are notified; the one or more eNBs selected detect a congestion or overload event of the user plane data; when a triggering condition is met, the one or more eNBs selected send congestion or overload indication information to a GCS AS; and the GCS AS determines a start or end of congestion or overload which occurs in an MBMS area according to the congestion or overload indication information, and correspondingly selects a manner in which trunking service data are sent. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, the problem of influence for a trunking service when congestion or overload occurs in a network may be solved.

Abstract: Provided are a key derivation method and device. The method includes: acquiring a slice identifier corresponding to a network slice to which a user equipment is currently attached, where the slice identifier uniquely identifies the network slice; and transmitting the slice identifier to a designated communication device. The slice identifier is configured to instruct the designated communication device to derive, according to the slice identifier, an intermediate key required by the network slice. By means of the technical solution described above, the problem in the related art that a slice function cannot be implemented normally due to the fact that different network slices probably use the same intermediate key may be solved, and different network slices may correspond to different intermediate keys, thereby avoiding a case that the slicing function cannot be implemented normally caused by allocating the same intermediate key to different network slices.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for sending indication information, and UE. In the method, a UE sends to a network side, when determining that the UE has left an MBSFN area capable of carrying a predetermined MBMS, indication information for triggering the network side to set up a bearer for the UE to transmit the predetermined MBMS. The technical problem in the related art that a network side usually fails to know that UE moves to a cell unable to carry an MBMS, so that the network side cannot ensure service continuity and thus reception of the MBMS by a user side is interrupted is solved. The network side knows in time that the UE has left the MBSFN area capable of carrying the predetermined MBMS that is being received or is prepared to be received, and the network side can take measures in time to ensure MBMS continuity.

The method comprises: when user-side and/or control-side congestion or overload indication information reported by a network node of a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer-based cluster service is received, a cluster service application server determines a target user equipment (UE) and a cluster service being affected, executes a corresponding policy, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on the target UE receiving the cluster service; and, when resume indication information reported by the network node is received, the cluster service application server utilizes the restored network node to select a bearer mode for transmitting the cluster service. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of network congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.

A terminal side receives terminal capability query information from a network side, determines band interval lists to which each band supported by the terminal side belongs, and reports the supported bands through cells corresponding to the band interval lists to which each band belongs; and the network side determines band interval lists to which each band supported by the network side belongs when issuing a band capability supported by the network side, and issues the supported bands through cells corresponding to the band interval lists to which each band belongs. By the solutions of the disclosure, the bands belonging to different band interval lists can be reported and issued through different cells, and the problem of limitations to the number of the bands during the reporting and issuing of the bands is solved.
