    Abstract: Provided is a preparation process of diazomethane. The preparation process includes: step S1, taking N-methylurea as a raw material to continuously prepare, in a continuous reactor, a first product system containing N-methyl-N-nitrosourea; step S2, performing continuous extraction and continuous back-extraction on the first product system to obtain an N-methyl-N-nitrosourea solution; step S3, enabling the N-methyl-N-nitrosourea solution to continuously react with an alkaline solution in a continuous reactor to obtain a second product system containing the diazomethane; and step S4, performing continuously liquid separation, water freezing and removal on the second product system, to obtain the diazomethane.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a permanent magnet direct-drive slurry pump based on gas film drag reduction, which includes a permanent magnet motor, a main shaft, an impeller, and a valve block. The permanent magnet motor includes a housing, a stator core, stator windings, a rotor core, and a permanent magnet. The rotor core and the impeller share the main shaft, and an airflow channel is provided inside the main shaft. The impeller includes a front cover plate, a back cover plate, and blades. The blades are modularly manufactured, and blade gas jet holes and hemispherical pits are provided on the pressure surface. The airflow channel in the main shaft is communicated with the blade gas-jet holes. The valve block is disposed at the tail end of the main shaft so as to control gas exhaust and prevent liquid from entering the shaft. The present invention has such advantages as a small size, high efficiency, and strong wear resistance.

    Abstract: A method for reducing inline directivity of an air-gun source signature by optimizing spatial distribution of air-guns is provided according to the present application, which relates to a field of design and optimization of an air-gun source. An evaluation standard in the air-gun distribution in an air-gun array direction is proposed. By a combination optimization along both the inline and depth directions, a design scheme having evidently broader effective bandwidth and effective take-off angle width than a design scheme of a conventional source is obtained, with which the directivity of the air-gun source signature can be reduced.
