Abstract: A package substrate, an apparatus for testing power supply noise, and a method for testing power supply noise are provided. The package substrate includes multiple pad arrays, and each of the multiple pad arrays at least includes power supply pads. Power supply pads belonging to a same power supply type in the multiple pad arrays are divided into a test pad and a power supply pad set. The power supply pad set includes power supply pads, other than the test pad, among the power supply pads belonging to the same power supply type, all the power supply pads in the power supply pad set are electrically connected together, and the test pad is configured to perform noise testing of at least one internal power supply corresponding to the same power supply type in a chip to be tested.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for voice interaction control of a smart device, wherein the method comprises: monitoring and collecting in real time a voice signal emitted by a user of the smart device (S11); conducting voice recognition to the collected voice signal (S12); and according to a result of the voice recognition to the voice signal by the smart device, wakening a corresponding function of the smart device and judging whether to control the smart device to move, and if yes, acquiring a position of the user and controlling the smart device to move toward the user, to shorten a distance between the smart device and the user, and then recognizing a voice signal that the user again emits; and if not, directly according to the result of the voice recognition controlling the smart device to execute a corresponding operation (S13).

Abstract: A user registration method and a device for a smart robot. The method comprises: conducting a voice dialogue with a new user to be registered, acquiring a user name of the user from the voice dialogue, and simultaneously collecting biological characteristic information that can uniquely identify the user; wherein the biological characteristic information comprises at least two different types of biological characteristic information, judging whether at least one type of the biological characteristic information satisfies a corresponding preset registration condition, and if yes, using the biological characteristic information that satisfies the preset registration condition as a characteristic template, establishing a correspondence relation between the characteristic template and the user name, and saving the correspondence relation, to complete the user registration.
