The display substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of sub-pixels disposed on the base substrate, where the plurality of sub-pixels are arranged in an array along a first direction and a second directions on the base substrate, and at least one sub-pixel includes a first electrode; a first transistor and a second transistor which are disposed on the base substrate, where the first transistor includes an active layer and a gate, the active layer of the first transistor includes a channel region, a first electrode region and a second electrode region, and the second transistor includes an active layer, a gate, a first electrode and a second electrode; and a data line disposed on the base substrate, where the data line extends in the second direction on the base substrate.
