    Abstract: A device for processing video data includes a memory configured to store video data and one or more processors implemented in circuitry. The one or more processors are configured to obtain unfiltered reference samples for an area of a picture of the video data. The one or more processors are configured to disable intra-reference sample smoothing of the unfiltered reference samples for chroma samples in a YUV 4:2:0 format and in a YUV 4:4:4 format. The one or more processors are further configured to generate, using intra-prediction, chroma samples of a predicted block for a block of the picture based on the unfiltered reference samples when generating the chroma components in the YUV 4:2:0 format and when generating the chroma components in the YUV 4:4:4 format.

The male buckle comprises a male buckle connection plate. The female buckle comprises a female buckle connection plate having a U-shaped groove. A video coder (e.g., video encoder or video decoder), for a CU coded in affine mode with 4:4:4 color format, may determine a motion vector for each sub-block of the luma block, and determine a motion vector for each sub-block of the chroma block based only on the motion vector for each co-located (also called collocated) sub-block of the luma block. However, for another CU coded in affine mode but with a color format other than 4:4:4 (e.g., 4:2:2 or 4:2:0), the video coder may determine a motion vector for each sub-block of the chroma block based on an average of two or more motion vectors of sub-blocks of the luma block.

    Abstract: A method of processing fully austenitic stainless steels, comprising the following steps: (1) performing a solution treatment on a raw material with a certain chemical composition, and cooling to get samples, the raw material contains: 0˜0.2% of C, 0˜0.2% of N, not more than 0.03% of P, not more than 0.001% of S, 0.5%˜1% of Si, 1.0%˜2.0% of Mn, 15%˜17% of Cr, 5%˜7% of Ni by weight, the remaining is Fe, and the content of C and N should not be zero simultaneously with a total content of both at 0.15%˜0.2%; and (2) performing hot-working for deformation of the samples obtained in step (1), to get a fully austenitic stainless steel. The stainless steel prepared by the hot-working deformation of the present invention has a yield strength of 2 to 3 times of that before hot-working deformation and an elongation of 1.05 to 1.2 times of that before hot-working deformation.
