    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a kit and method for constructing a long-acting depression animal model. The present disclosure adopts Bacille Calmette-Guerin (BCG) (or Mycobacterium bovis (M bovis)) and low-dose pertussis toxin (PTX) for combined induction, which greatly reduces modeling cost. A mouse model constructed by the method of the present disclosure can clearly distinguish a time interval of pathological behaviors from a time interval of depression-like behaviors and has prominent face validity and predictive validity. The method of the present disclosure is simple and convenient and does not require a large number of tedious daily operations as the depression model construction by chronic unpredictable stress, chronic restraint stress, social defeat, mother-child separation, or the like. The mouse model of the present disclosure can provide a valuable long-term intervention window for research on antidepressant therapy.

The method includes the following steps: S1: acquiring a three-dimensional (3D) point cloud of a shield tunnel through a mobile scanning system: S2: generating an orthographic projection image of an inner wall of the tunnel: S3: identifving a feature of a bolt hole; S4: extracting a longitudinal joint of the shield tunnel: S5: generating a prior structural template ring; and S6: extracting a transverse joint of the shield tunnel. The present disclosure has the following advantages. Starting from the features of the lining structure of the shield tunnel, the present disclosure selects a bolt hole with a strong structural feature, takes the structural feature of the bolt hole as an identification feature, and indirectly extracts joint information of straight and staggered joints tunnel.

In one embodiment, processor identifier information related to installed CPUs is used to control the voltage regulator (VR) phase number to provide static phase shedding. This VR control can be implemented in a variety of ways, including the use of conventional analog multi-phase VR controllers and/or digital VR controllers. Dynamic phase shedding can also be used in conjunction with this static phase shedding to further reduce the number of active phases when a processor operates in a low power mode.
