A composition of the rare-earth permanent magnetic material by an atomic percentage is as follows: SmxRaFe100-x-y-z-aMyNz, wherein R is at least one of Zr and Hf, M is at least one of Co, Ti, Nb, Cr, V, Mo, Si, Ga, Ni, Mn and Al, x+a is 7-10%, a is 0-1.5%, y is 0-5% and z is 10-14%.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a remote control device, a piezoelectric laser pointer, and a remote control system. The remote control device includes a housing, and further includes: a power generator, mounted inside the housing and including a press mechanism and a power generating mechanism, where after being pressed by the press mechanism, the power generating mechanism is deformed under stress and generates electricity; a circuit controller, mounted inside the housing and electrically connected to the power generator; and a signal transceiver, mounted inside the housing, electrically connected to the circuit controller, and configured to transmit and receive signals. In the disclosure, the power generating mechanism generates power after being pressed by the press mechanism, and the power is transferred to the circuit controller, so that the signal transceiver is powered on. Dry batteries are no longer used, thus avoiding environmental pollution caused by used dry batteries.

Abstract: Provided are a multi-split air conditioning system and a method and device for controlling oil return of the multi-split air conditioning system. The method includes: acquiring a minimum refrigerant flux required for carrying a lubricating oil in the system back to an outdoor unit and a current refrigerant flux of the system every a first preset time during operation of the system; detecting and determining that the current refrigerant flux is less than or equal to the minimum refrigerant flux; acquiring a total oil discharge amount of a compressor since last time oil return; detecting and determining that the total oil discharge amount is greater than a maximum safe oil discharge amount; and controlling the system to return oil.

Need for providing profile information for a user by a node of a second local private network is detected. A profile request transaction is provided to a public distributed ledger for obtaining profile information associated with the user. Profile information associated with the user is received from a providing node capable of accessing a first private distributed ledger storing the profile information. At least some of the received user profile information is provided for at least one device connected to the second local private network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a method of preparing an adipose tissue-targeting polypeptide-verbascoside-nanogold particle derivative, including: activating a carboxyl group of a cysteine residue at the C-terminus of an adipose tissue-targeting polypeptide to form an acyl chloride; reacting a verbascoside with a sodium hydroxide to obtain a sodium phenolate; esterifying the acyl chloride with the sodium phenolate to form an adipose tissue-targeting polypeptide-verbascoside derivative; and reacting the adipose tissue-targeting polypeptide-verbascoside derivative with PEG-modified nanogold particles. The present disclosure further discloses an adipose tissue-targeting polypeptide-verbascoside-nanogold particle derivative and the application of the adipose tissue-targeting polypeptide-verbascoside-nanogold particle derivative in preparing a drug for the treatment of obesity.
